Biggies Burger: Sarjapur Naturawalk — Restaurant in Karnataka

Worst biggies burger joint. Came along with 3 friends of mine. Ordered 4 burgers and 3 of them came on time. Ordered at 12:45 and one of the burgers came at 1:18. And it came out cold and had to be returned for them to reheat it. Ordered food and the bill total came to 875/- Rs and there was an offer for free drink for orders above 800/-Rs. And none of the employee let us know this and after receiving order we got to know about this and when asked the employee told we had to tell while placing order and now we cant get the offer. And when asked why we weren’t made aware of such an offer, the reply was “we have many offers and we can’t tell you about all offers”. Horrible service in this outlet. Nowhere in terms and conditions it is written that it has to be told with the order we did not even leave the shop. after one of us finished eating on asking we were told that offer cant be availed. Horrible service, really bad customer service and probably the most lethargic employees we have ever seen who don’t care...

We must share this story as we had one of the genuine, best experiences with Biggies Burger: Sarjapur Naturawalk, last night. We have eaten the best burgers from here several times; they make such crispy, juicy, fresh & tasty burgers. Last night around 1am, we ordered 2 egg burgers on swiggy and didn't get any driver assigned for an hour. We tried all possible ways and had to call the restaurant with no hopes, but the call was answered. Mr. Yogesh was really kind enough to check for delivery partners and when he couldn't find any, on our request, he searched for our address asking for local directions and our guidance and brought the food to our doorstep himself. When we asked him for delivery fee, he denied anything in cash or kind. He just asked us to share our experience. We can't believe that this happened at 1am! I recently hosted a birthday party at Biggi’s Burger,and it turned out fantastic! From the moment we booked, Haseena from Biggis burger was very supportive and helped us plan everything smoothly. On the day of the event, the service was excellent—our orders were served quickly, and the team made sure everyone was comfortable. The food was fresh, tasty, and enjoyed by both kids and adults. The decorations and cheerful ambiance made the celebration even more memorable. Thank you to the Biggi’s Burger team for making the birthday so special—we’ll definitely be back for more celebrations.
