Disappointed with Customer Service at Chai Point, Sarjapur Branch
I placed an order through the Chai Point app, which included Aam Panna, and paid for it along with other items. However, upon reaching the Sarjapur branch, I was informed by the manager that Aam Panna was unavailable.
What was even more disappointing was being told that I could neither get a refund nor replace it with a hot beverage of my choice. Instead, I was told I had to take an iced tea, which I clearly didn’t want. When I insisted that this policy didn’t make sense and wasn’t fair to the customer, the manager simply told me to contact customer care, without offering any real help. So I left the store without having anything.
This kind of rigid and dismissive customer service is not what I expect from a brand like Chai Point. I hope the management looks into this and improves how such situations are handled — especially when the error is not from the customer’s end.
