Had a Horrible Experience with the Order today. We gave the Order and was told that it would ready in 20 mins and agreed to circle back after 20-25 mins. When i came back after 35 mins, the Order wasnt still ready and the Manager Oreon told the food preparing team to start with pending 2 dishes. Most of the Staff were not wearing Masks or having any protection gear for head so be ready to take food at your own risk...They were busy attending to Swiggy Orders inspite of Customer Waiting at the restaurant. To Top it, the Counter Guy Nilesh seems to be making funny statements that one item is ready from a long time as part of your order and rest of them will come.....I gave him some customer service knowledge lessons on how to treat customers who are waiting and what will we do with 1 item when others are not ready.....Eventually the other 2 order items(chinese items) came after waiting for 30 mins and eventually again Nilesh with a sarcastic smile that is it ok.......Gave a Strong Feedback to the Owner and Manager on the Customer Experience and Customer Curteousy.....Such Restaurants never take their walk in customers seriously and have staff which mock customer service as a whole....On top of that not using any protective gear(masks half down till their chin or no masks) is making mockery of the current covid times and the safety protocols to be followed for restaurants)...........Lastly the Manager accepted that they are charging much higher rate for Swiggy Orders as part of conversation on if we order via Swiggy so be ready to be charged much higher amount as their staff themselves...

There is NO zero rating to give hence giving 1. Terribly disappointed with service. We were regular customers here since the time they were in a small restaurant near sompura gate. Today, we went here and met the owners like usual and informed that we're here to celebrate our birthday dinner. We ordered tandoori mushrooms. After sometime of taking the order, the staff informed that they had run out of mushrooms, asked us to wait for 15mins to fetch and prepare. They continued to delay us that the person who went to fetch mushrooms will be here in 5 mins. We waited patiently for close to an hour. After multiple followups with the owner, they said that our order is being prepared. Then all of a sudden, the owner and their staff came to our table. Served 2-3 leftover pieces of mushroom in our plate and informed us that they "accidentally" served to different table. They didn't even apologize for ruining our birthday dinner and continued to tell us that those leftover pieces were "complimentary" smiling vaguely. We felt very betrayed and disheartened with their behaviour. They didn't even try to make an effort towards correcting their mistake and spoiled our special day. Due to this irresponsible behaviour, we felt to never go back...

We as a family visited the place for a dinner.. Firstly, the table was dusty and with spider web Secondly, the glasses which were kept was not washed we can literally see dust marks and unused for very long time Thirdly, when we asked to change the glasses or cutlery from the table it took more time to respond from the service people there Fourtly, the waiter bought broken glass which he doesn't know it was broken Fifth, after all this drama we were waiting to order the food.. no one came, I called the waiter for ordering food he said he thought we have accompanied someone else and they will place the order Sixth, we ordered the food after clarification then for kids noodles came after 20mins.. that was very cold and tasteless.. when Asked the waiter said he thought it was for kids so it is cold but as a foodie I can make out the noodles was old and not cooked that time Seventh, we wanted to live the place and cancel our order then the owner jumps and assure us we will get good food to eat but nothing meets the expectations and food was horrible.. Will lot of disappointment we left the place and paid the bill worth 900Rs.. we stayed in that place because owner insisted and we thought food...
