Let me tell you, I recently had the pleasure of dining at for lunch, and frankly, I'm still fuming. I went in with an open mind, despite the limited main course options – I figured, hey, maybe they're specialists, masters of their craft, especially with parathas. Boy, was I wrong.

I decided to try a simple curry and naan. What arrived at my table, however, was a completely different story. Instead of naan, I got what was undeniably a tandoori roti, and the curry? Not what I ordered. As someone who genuinely enjoys both eating and cooking, I immediately questioned the waiter. And his response? A flat-out, infuriating "No sir, this is naan only and the same curry you ordered." Seriously? Was he trying to gaslight me? I was ravenous after work, and frankly, too tired to argue, so I just tried to make the best of it. I barely managed half the plate before giving up.

At the billing counter, after paying the full, undeserved price, I decided to provide some feedback to the chef directly. And what did I hear? The chef confirmed my suspicions: "I was asked to prepare tandoori roti and some different curry." So, the culprit was crystal clear – the waiter. He couldn't be bothered to confirm the order, or even just listen to what the customer was asking for. It's beyond frustrating when such a basic level of service is utterly ignored.

The crux of my advice to anyone considering this place: Don't be me. Confirm your order. Confirm it two, three, even four times if you have to. Better yet, if you can, speak directly to the chef.

And the taste? Honestly, after that abysmal experience, it's hard not to be biased, but even putting that aside, the food was significantly below average, especially considering the prices they're charging. It felt like a slap in the face. As for the staff behavior, even after this whole mess, they were surprisingly lenient, almost unresponsive to my feedback. I wasn't complaining for a discount; I was trying to offer constructive criticism, and it felt like it just washed right over them.

In conclusion, save yourself the headache, the disappointment, and your hard-earned money. Do yourself a favor and find literally any other food establishment. This place is not worth your time or your...

Mooch Marod in Sarjapur is a popular spot for those craving authentic North Indian and Mughlai flavors with a modern twist. The ambiance is casual yet vibrant, with a lively atmosphere that's ideal for both family outings and casual hangouts with friends. The restaurant's décor is contemporary with elements that reflect a rustic charm, adding to its inviting vibe.

The menu at Mooch Marod is extensive, featuring a wide range of kebabs, curries, and biryanis. The starters, particularly the "Mooch Marod Kebab" and "Mutton Seekh Kebab," are favorites for their tender texture and rich flavors. The main course, including dishes like the "Butter Chicken" and "Mutton Rogan Josh," stand out for their balance of spices and creamy, indulgent sauces. The biryani, a crucial offering at any North Indian establishment, doesn’t disappoint, with fragrant rice and perfectly cooked meat.

Service is generally prompt, though it can be a bit slow during peak hours. The staff is courteous and accommodating, adding to the overall positive dining experience.

For dessert, the "Gulab Jamun" and "Kesar Pista Kulfi" are excellent choices to end the meal on a sweet note. With good food, a pleasant setting, and reasonable prices, Mooch Marod in Sarjapur is a great place to satisfy your cravings for rich, flavorful North...

Mooch Marood offers a unique dining experience with its charming, rustic ambience. The charpai seating and traditional tables create a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. The service was commendable; our waiter was attentive, patient, and quick, ensuring a smooth dining experience. However, the parathas themselves were a bit of a letdown. While the menu boasted a variety of options, the execution fell short. My paratha was slightly burnt on the bottom, imparting a bitter aftertaste that overshadowed the other flavors. The stuffing, unfortunately, was sparse and lacked the robust taste I was hoping for. It felt like the core ingredient was underutilized. On the bright side, the lassi selection was impressive. They offered a wide range of flavors, and the lassi I ordered was absolutely delicious – creamy, refreshing, and perfectly balanced. It was undoubtedly the highlight of the meal. In conclusion, Mooch Marood scores high on ambience and service, making it a pleasant place to visit. If you're primarily looking for a unique setting and a good lassi, it's worth a try. However, if your focus is on exceptional parathas, you might leave feeling a little...

After long time have a decent Punjabi cuisine. Bangalore is overloaded with punjabi restaurants and none could keep up the quality and hygiene. But this place is different. Ambience is nice with khats and sand floors. Will feel like we are in a dhaba. Service staffs are polite and food is served fast enough as the preparation will definitely take time. They have limited menu items and should try the murgh tandoori prepared on charcoal. Paratha size is huge like a pizza and three can have the queen sized paratha which is the smallest. Food served here is of premium quality. They prefer UPI payments over the cards which can be a slight negative.

This place is quite far from the city but the trip is worth it. The food, ambience and affordability is great! Coming to the food, the pick is always the classic large stuffed parathas with a block of butter in the middle! Finish it off with a large glass of lassi and you are done!😄 The ambience is the special feature here as they have sand inside the restaurant and traditional Charpai to sit on. Definitely an interesting experience! Kids loved it as they played in the sand and lied down in one of the Charpai after food! On top of all this, the prices are very good and you can have a full meal in under 1000 Rs.

I visited Mooch Marod on Sarjapur Road today and ordered a Veg Thali for takeaway. They wrongly billed me for a Non-Veg Thali. When I got home and opened the parcel, I found that the papad and sweet were missing. Since it was packed, I couldn’t check it at the restaurant. I called them to report it, but they cut the call without giving any solution. I tried calling multiple times after that, but no one answered or called back. I don’t recommend this place. If you’re ordering a takeaway, check everything on the spot.
