Blue Inn — Restaurant in Karnataka

Today visited the hotel with family it was worst experience with non veg hotel. Never visit this hotel.

It seems waiters were not taken bath for longer time.

No plates were soaked and wiped out clean water.

We wiped our plates.

1. They don't even bother to take order need to wait longer.
2. Rumali roti was bad, does not look like fresh.
3. Manchow soup was just like added hot water to soya sauce no vegitables, no garlic.
4. Kalmi kabab was completely terrible..
5. We ordered chicken afgani it was looking like chicken vegitables.
6. Worst part was water was not served till the end, after requesting 2 to 3 times served.
7. Till the end did not served lemon and onions even after requesting.

When we go small dhaba first thing they serve lemon and onions.

So completely bad experience in Blue Inn.

What I observed was they are serving foreigners and large...

Worst service I ever came across. Complete restaurant having only one waiter. even when manager/owner came to help but told we need to ask for. side dishes. Only hotel where we started teaching how to handle customers. doesn't respond properly Doesn't take orders properly. we have to call again and again and repeat the orders. ppl don't know kannada at all. While we were ordering, I felt pity of other ppl at other tables. There should be another option for hotel type - cheap and useless All these without referring to taste. Taste was not at all good. I think for such ppl only hotel management MBA is there to study. My last first and visit here.

Frankly Speaking all 5 ⭐ are fake or...

The food served here was very poor quality, we ordered three chicken clear soups, one chicken biriyani, two chicken fried rice and a chicken Manchurian, Briyani was average, the fried rice was an utmost disaster, the rice had no flavour and smelled really old but they had much larger portion, and for chicken Manchurian they coated some fried chicken in some ketchup with chillies, it was worse than disaster plus they charge extra than the rates in menu card and the waiter will add his own tip along with the Bill without even asking us.

Overall the restaurant is very poor in service and quality.

I recommend you eat here...
