I had high expectations for this newly opened restaurant, but unfortunately, it fell short in several aspects. The ambience was subpar, lacking the cozy and inviting atmosphere one would expect.
The biggest letdown was the exorbitant prices compared to the quantity of food served. I ordered the Pomfret Fried Fish, and it was a complete disappointment. Not only was the portion size extremely small, but the dish itself wasn't even properly cooked. To make matters worse, they charged a whopping ₹680 for it!
The lack of responsiveness from the staff was frustrating. It seemed like they were not attentive to the customers' needs or concerns. Moreover, the blaring music made it impossible to hold a conversation, and the presence of flies around the dining tables was off-putting.
On a positive note, the prawns were the only saving grace, but it's unfortunate that it was the only enjoyable item on the menu.
I hope the restaurant takes this feedback constructively and improves its ambience, food quantity, cooking quality, and customer service. Until then, I recommend trying The Seafood Restaurant across from Cafe Coffee Day as a much better...
Read morehad a disappointing experience at this restaurant. While the food was decent, it didn’t live up to the menu descriptions. I ordered prawn tempura, but what I received were fried prawns of varying sizes, which was not what I expected.
I was also recommended the ghee roast prawn with neer dosa, but after an hour, I received prawn curry instead—and still without the dosa. When I asked for the dosa to accompany the hot ghee roast prawn, it took another hour to arrive, and the prawns were just microwaved.
Overall, I would rate this experience a -10 out of 10. If you’re looking to waste your money, this is definitely the place to go.
I didn’t had the food because it was worst each and every food i just paid the bill without having food that I ordered and I got better food and timing in front a small food counter with 300 only this restaurant is good...
Read moreWe had a very disappointing experience at your restaurant today during a birthday celebration.
The ambience was extremely poor, with inadequate lighting that made the setting feel dull and unwelcoming for a special occasion.
The food, unfortunately, did not meet expectations. The mutton biryani, which we were told was prepared Andhra style, was filled with jeera and the mutton pieces were black in color — which was quite off-putting. The tandoori chicken was also undercooked and hard to chew.
We shared all of this feedback at the restaurant itself, but we wanted to reiterate it here. Given the overall poor experience — from the food to the environment — this will likely be our last visit.
We hope you will take this feedback seriously to improve the quality and experience for...
