Very grumpy and untrained staff. I asked them for normal water the guy said that if I want more than one glass I have to buy the bottle and even though it's RO water we aren't responsible if something happens. I'm pretty sure you're not supposed to deny water. Also they play the music really loud as if it's a club. Know your customers ppl come to CCD to work etc. Even after I requested them to reduce they didn't so basically they are driving away customers. The staff are super lazy too. The double decker sandwich is made with just one single later and isn't anything like what they show in the picture with lettuce. There is no lettuce in the actual sandwich. I called their customer service number and spoke to a guy named Ashish. He said he will take a complaint and arrange a call back but never did. And when we go to as them why there is no cheese on top rather than having a good approach they argue saying we didn't ask for it... anf when they give us the cheese they literally cut a slice cheese into quarters and just stick it on the garlic bread.... we orderd panner tikka sandwich as well which only had tomatoes and cheese.... and to top all of this they gave us warm coffee.. ... warm.. like is it 3ven a coffee place.. giving 2 star just for te ambience.
