Really dissatisfied with the experience I had. For starters, I had ordered 1 royal crunchy burger, 1 Mexicata crunchy burger, 1 Mexican grill burger. The royal was sub par. The Mexicata crunchy burger, which is supposed to have two patties of crunchy chicken, had 1 and a half instead, with the bread being very soggy and smashed. The mexican grill burger which also, is meant to have 2 patties, had 1 patty which was sliced vertically into two halves to make it seem like 2. To make the experience worse, all 3 burgers were stuffed into one box of packaging. 2 out of the 3 burgers were meal combos, but the French fries were barely enough for one person. Have been to this place many times. But when last time I made a visit here the service was bit slow. The staff did not bother to call us when our food was ready. This was a little disappointing. Other than that absolutely fine.

Chicken Delite Burger : This is my all time favorite pocket friendly burger for just Rs. 45. It would be really better if they melt the cheese a little bit when asked for cheese add on.

Chicken Tandoori Burger : I recently tried this one. But there wasn't any difference between the delite burger n this one except for the size. Was expecting the tandoor aroma. Unfortunately there wasn't any.

Fried Chicken : This can never go wrong. Again one of my all time favorite.

Pepsi : Less quantity with loads of ice cubes.

I have tried chicking from many places and used to love their fried chicken, but this was really a bad experience, First thing is the staff there who is really arrogant to the customers, need to learn basics of customer relation first. second thing is the chicken pops and the fried chicken i ordered after waiting for almost 20 minutes we expect the food to be HOT, but both the chicken was cold and I could’nt even finish it because of the cold taste and i’m pretty sure those were prepared hours back and to make the service look good they just told us to wait. chicking has a good brand name and I think now they are loosing it by having such...
