KFC — Restaurant in Karnataka

Had a very bad experience at this outlet.

I ordered a 'Mexican Zinger burger' which was Rs. 219 pre-tax as mentioned on the menu board. I was told by cashier that the total amount was Rs. 240 and I paid it without thinking much. He didn't give me the bill then. The burger arrived 5 mins later. Now even the staff who gave the burger to me didn't give the bill as well, but he gave me with hesitation after I insisted. Now after going to table and checking the burger, I noticed that the fried chicken piece inside the burger was the smallest I have ever seen. I have eaten KFC's Zinger burgers across many outlets across many cities. But never have I ever seen such a small chicken piece inside a Zinger burger. The chicken piece covered just 60-65% of the bun. On checking with staff, they confirmed me that it's the 'standard' size and all burgers come like that. The taste and quality of the burger was however good. This was the first bad experience.

Now is the real issue. After I finished eating, I noticed the item in the bill. They had billed me for 'Double down'. The item price pre-tax was Rs. 229. I was wondering about the item name and why it was Rs. 10 extra than the price mentioned in the menu. I checked with the cashier, and he had the audacity to say that both the items are the same price and hence he billed for 'Double down'. I had to sternly clarify with him that the Mexican Zinger burger was indeed Rs. 10 less than Double down burger. After much argument he gave me Rs. 10 back.

Then I realized why they didn't give me bill in the first place. They are cheating customers by billing items slightly higher in price than what they actually ordered and not giving them the bill. Any unsuspecting customer would have just paid whatever amount they said and wouldn't have cared about the bill.

I highly recommend KFC India to look into the unethical practices of...

I had a bad experience at KFC forum mall.. We family among 9 people visited KFC...initially the staffs wer good to the customers.. Later while giving the orders they explained about the combos which we can have. And we ready to buy upon their suggestions....and bill came was very expensive...bill they gave was not a detailed bill of food we ordered.. After getting the orders.. We felt some confusion in that..and their service was very poor...food came too lately.. Which doesn't includes everything.. (bun came at last).. After all we asked for the detailed bill.. They were not ready to give that.. We forced them again.. Later they gave it.. We could notice extra things were added which we didn't ordered or even dey don't served.. And staffs were trying to convince us...they r juzz trying blindly to cheat the customers...whoever goes there juzz try to recheck the...

It is located in Fiza by Nexus / forum mall. Food taste is good. initially the staffs wer good to the customers.. Later while giving the orders they explained about the combos which we can have.
