I was passing through hubali and on seeing the top reviews for the restaurant I went there.

Pro: The hotel is situated at a residential area which gives a calm vibe They did a very goof job on the interior The menu was good and I liked the way it was presented.

Con's : (I dint like the restaurant hence it will be a lot)

After giving the menu the waiter was asking what you want. I started in english and he told no speak in hindi. I'm managed some how with my movie experience hindi. When have a posh and high end restaurant pls 🙏 expect ask your waiters to be comfortable in english also.

When we were ordering the fellow was suggesting they have second menu optio which will be apt for me. Seriously the second menu was noting repeated to wat is asked. Y he gave that comment god only knows.

After 15 to 20 min wait out food came ( the near family was all frustrated due to the delay) the time we went the restaurant not crowded 😑 then y the delay.

I have atached the image you can see we have ordered on burger and the top of the burger is completely burnt and still they served the same bread with just the top of the crust cut and still you can see the burn on the bread.

The waiter while serving with a Ile he told sorry the bread was burnt.☹️

You have opened a fancy restaurant at the time of a non busy time can't you even serve a burger propery and even though it is burnt you had the audacity serve with by shaving the burnt top hats off guys hats off.

I felt I made a bad choice of coming ro your restaurant.

The parking to the restaurant is on the left side. When we were in the restaurant there was little rain and for that my car tyre half submerged in water. You know you parking is on the downsid le pls take some action on that.

Visited this cafe after i watched a promotional reel on a popular Instagram page. The cafe has Good ambiance, a big party hall, a play room, good space for parking, good variety on menu, the place has everything but lacks uniqueness. Has lots of potential to be a good hangout place. But the taste and quality of food is not upto mark. Had taken crispy chicken and Lotus biscoff brownie. Crispy chicken was decent enough, but they were thin pounded pieces of boneless breast pieces batter fried 6 pieces served with spicy mayo. Fairly small pieces. Had they been made with bone they would be more tasty i guess. But they were perfectly crispy and enjoyable to eat but nothing special. Next was lotus biscoff brownie. Utterly disappointed! It had low flavour of chocolate, lacked fudgy texture of brownie. It was like I ate sugared brown coloured bakery cake with some Lotus biscoff topping. They should really really work on making the desserts taste divine. I personally go to cafes just for desserts and here I was met with disappointment. Their menu has maybe 300 items serving Indian, Italian, continental dishes, etc, i personally feel they should reduce the menu items to 100 dishes and concentrate on making them taste amazing. -Music was also too loud. Should keep it mild and let people hear each other. -At entrance, the security guard asks us to write down our numbers with time and sign, now tell me isn't this a bad practice. Don't you think the customers want to keep it private and just come there to have a good time. This adds to the overall experience. One of the Worst Dining Experiences – Rude Staff, Bad Food, Misleading Offers

We visited Cafe Dioro in Hubli to place a parcel order, and the experience was nothing short of horrible. The moment we entered, we were greeted with rude, arrogant staff who were too busy arguing among themselves to even acknowledge customers properly. There's absolutely no sense of hospitality or professionalism here.

The menu lacked variety, with barely anything appealing or worth ordering. What we did end up ordering turned out to be a major regret — the food was unhygienic and badly prepared, and everyone who ate it fell seriously ill with vomiting, diarrhoea, and acidity. This speaks volumes about the kitchen hygiene and food safety standards (or lack thereof).

To make it worse, this place pushes a coupon booklet offering so-called deals like Buy One Get One Free-trying to lure people in with fake value. Don’t fall for that gimmick— the food quality and service don’t even come close to justifying the visit.
