Worst service ever.. Gave an order for a butterscotch cake a day before a family member's birthday, the person who took the order didn't post the overall cost of the cake despite me asking three times. If he had directly said that they couldn't take the order, there wouldn't be any confusion and I could've looked elsewhere to place the order. But this guy kept leaving me on read and didn't pick up my call. I've even attached the screenshots for reference. When I then called the next day to ask about the cake, the guy actually had the audacity to tell me that they didn't confirm my order! If it was so, couldn't you clearly type it out? Why was the employee constantly leaving me on read despite me asking about the order three times!? WORST SERVICE EVER. NEVER GOING TO ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE. GET YOUR EMPLOYEES TO COMMUNICATE BETTER, DOLPHINS. YOU CLEARLY DON'T DESERVE...

Myself went personally to give 1.5 kg blueberry pastry for birthday ... I have specifically asked about blueberry whether syrup based or not then he told me no it's natural pulp based ...after confirmation I have given the order .... Yesterday while cake cutting I was really shocked to see it's just bread with some butterscotch flavour inside not even a single pulp or blueberry seen ... These people are just cheating by outlook design I don't recommend to dolphin for birthday cakes especially 800-1000 per kg blueberry or any flavour based Worst service When I called them regarding the same they just escaped by telling will talk with chef n get back ... It's been 3 days no calls atall... This shows how they try to escape ...they dnt have any courtesy to call back and ask sorry for inconvenience...

I ordered 3 ice creams in dat 1 was not good fruits was old n v complained abt dat branch in charge but he was not ready to accept finally we paid the bill n v came back I uploaded tat pic in Google service is not good n taste is also be careful before u order any icecream One more they attract ppl by modernised way but thing is service n quality n as well as cost is not satisfying pls prefer n develop some other local bakes rather than developing the migrated ppl develop kannadigas not the one whosee quality service...
