I had a bad experience the last time i visited this place. I went there to try out the new pasta pizza. I requested the order taker to apply the every day value offer the Domino's provides. He agreed to add it but then I was billed without it. When I was making the payment, I was wondering why the bill was so high but anyway I decided to look at the bill after the payment. The bill was not given to me. I was told the bill would be given along with the order. But I was not convinced, I checked on the Domino's app for the price for the same things I ordered at the store and I was right, the app showed 220 rs lesser than what I was charged. On asking the order taker about the same, I was told that app and offline store don't work the same way which was very hard for me to believe. Later I called up the store manager whose contact number was put up in a poster at the store. The manager understood the mistake committed by his colleague and said that they will get it rectified. After the call got disconnected, the order taker was still not convinced and was trying to fool me by saying that the next time I visit, they would give me the offer. I was not convinced. Another worker tried to argue with me but later I told them that the manager had acknowledged the mistake and promised to rectify it. Only then they were okay to compensate me for the over charge. I asked them to give me 2 desserts for the overcharged amount. They said they could not give me desserts and it could only be pizza. So finally they gave me a pizza which was not really worth 200. I didn't want to argue more. I just accepted it. Didn't even really enjoy the pizza. Such a disappointing day. Dear reader, don't get cheated like this. Advise you to first check in the Domino's app for the price, have an estimate in your mind before you go to counter. Read moreI hardly eat out here, but every time I get some thing from this place over the years leave me disappointed. Today I got myself a takeaway order of Stuffed Garlic Bread, Potato cheese bites, and Butterscotch mousse cake. First issue, the person who fetched my order forgot the Butterscotch mousse cake which luckily I spotted when I was about to leave the palace and went into the store to get it. The Stuffed Garlic Bread has another story, looks like there were only few kernel of corn and 3-4 jalapeno slices. Most of the garlic bread was just plain bread sticking together with no filling. The potato cheese bite seems to be reduced their weight over the months since they were introduced and they have lost the taste and texture they were provided when introduced. All in all this was a repeat incident, last time I had ordered pasta and few other items which had left me a little disappointed, but this time after the partially filled so called stuffed garlic bread had left me totally disappointed. I understand that we are going through tough time in this pandemic situation but that does not justify reducing stuffing and size on these overcharged comfort foods. So either they've changed the manager or the ones that make our food or their own quality assurance has dipped, I'm not sure. But the good quality surely has! Taste is more or less bland. Stuffed garlic bread hardly had any stuffing!! And where's the cheese that was supposed to be in the stuffed garlic bread?!! The pizza too is bad. The plain dough/Pizza base is more than everything else. Toppings is less and my God the mozzarella cheese is also less! Are you trying to save money by any chance? Original :- Been a regular ever since their opening that's from over a decade! Good clean and hygienic place and they also severe fast. The home delivery is also quick and we haven't had issues. Till date only once was there a negative from their side which was rectified right away by the manager itself when the complaint was raised. But other than that no bad reviews at all...
