Embarking on a journey through the heart of Maddur is incomplete without a pit stop at the culinary haven known as Empire. This establishment has not just earned its reputation but has become synonymous with exceptional flavors and an experience that transcends mere dining. My recent visit, which has now become a cherished tradition, reaffirmed Empire's status as a culinary institution.

The centerpiece of this gastronomic pilgrimage was the Oil Deep-Fried Chicken Kebab, a dish that has become an iconic symbol of Empire's culinary prowess. The chicken, expertly marinated and fried to golden perfection, was a testament to the mastery that only years of dedication to the craft can achieve. Each bite was a crunchy revelation, bursting with flavors that danced on the taste buds and left an indelible mark on my culinary memory.

Accompanying this culinary marvel was the Famous Ghee Rice, a dish that has achieved legendary status among Empire aficionados. The fragrant rice, delicately infused with ghee, served as the perfect canvas for the bold flavors of the deep-fried kebab. The combination was a harmonious marriage of textures and tastes, a symphony of crunch and fragrance that delighted the senses.

No trip to Empire is complete without sipping on their Arabian Grape Juice. This refreshing elixir, served in generous portions, has become an integral part of the tradition. Its natural sweetness provided a welcome contrast to the savory richness of the kebab and rice, creating a delightful interplay of flavors that heightened the overall dining experience.

What sets Empire apart is not just the excellence of its dishes but also the comforting consistency of its service. The staff, seasoned experts in their craft, effortlessly uphold the tradition of warmth and hospitality that defines Empire's legacy. Their attentiveness, coupled with a genuine passion for the cuisine, elevates the dining experience to one of familial comfort and satisfaction.

The ambiance at Empire in Maddur has an ineffable charm, marrying the nostalgia of tradition with the contemporary comforts of the present. It is an environment that encourages the unhurried enjoyment of every bite, fostering a sense of connection to the culinary heritage that Empire proudly represents.

In conclusion, Empire in Maddur has seamlessly woven itself into the fabric of tradition for me. The Oil Deep-Fried Chicken Kebab, Famous Ghee Rice, and Arabian Grape Juice have become not just a meal but a ritual, a celebration of culinary artistry that stands the test of time. To experience Empire is to partake in a tradition that transcends mere dining – it's a journey into the heart of Maddur's culinary soul. Five stars are but a humble tribute to an establishment that has perfected the art...

A Disappointing Experience at Empire Hotel, Maddur

Empire Hotel in Maddur has always been a trusted destination for me and my family. Over the years, we have appreciated their hospitality and service, making it our go-to place whenever we’re in the area. This is why our recent experience was so disappointing and unexpected.

On the day of our visit, we specifically made a stop at the Maddur branch because of our trust in their hospitality. In the morning, we had breakfast there and also used their washroom facilities before heading out for the day. Later in the afternoon, we decided to return for another meal. However, upon arrival, we were approached by the manager, who accused us of leaving the washroom dirty earlier in the day. This accusation, based solely on the cleaning staff’s claim, was made without any proper verification or evidence.

What made the situation worse was the manager’s unprofessional behavior. As the face of a reputable establishment, a manager should approach such matters respectfully and handle customer concerns with care. Instead, we were accused in front of other customers, which left us feeling humiliated. Despite our requests to check CCTV footage to confirm the facts, the manager continued to act on baseless speculation.

Eventually, the staff confirmed that we were not at fault. However, there was no sincere apology for the false accusation or the embarrassment caused. This lack of professionalism and accountability was deeply disappointing, especially from a place we have trusted for so long.

We chose to stop at Empire Hotel Maddur that day because of the high regard we held for their service, even though it was out of our way. This incident has shaken our confidence in their hospitality. I hope the management addresses this issue and ensures their staff, especially the manager, is trained to handle such situations with more professionalism and respect for their customers. Mistakes happen, but how they are resolved defines the quality...

Hi, This is just to inform you ( your management and your chief head chef) I felt I should take time and write. Yesterday me and my friend traveling from Mysore to Bangalore we was hungry and we choose empire restaurant to have something and empire is our 1st option. we order paneer roll (good one),chicken roll (for my friend), ghee rice (my favourite in empire), tandoori and KADAI PANEER. Everything was good.

When the food came on the table everything was good. But I was confused by seeing the kadai paneer and assuming that it was the kadai paneer or by mistake someone's order came to our table. ( We had kadai paneer before too multiple time various places). We called same guy who took our order asked him that it was the same dish that we have ordered? He said -yes this is your KADAI PANEER. I said as I know kadai paneer come with some capcicum bell pepper and it must be dry or Sami dry. He said - it is mixed with gravy just see here. I like ok I said please take it back and please take it back and bill it to me as it was made it to me so should pay for that . He took that back asked me what will u have any replacement. Lack of the time I refused replacement.

Later billing time it was not on the bill. I asked you have not charged me for paneer dish they said u didn't like it so. I said ok then I given him feedback that this was not kadai paneer as u served us he replied- where u from . I said that doesn't matter He said - kadai paneer is different in North and kadai paneer is different in Bangalore Shockingly.. I said I 'm here in Bangalore fro. Last 4 years. Then he said it decided by MANAGEMENT.

So this massage is for empire management and head chef. I've attached pictures for your kind reference that are you sure that this is kadai paneer( for your information kadai paneer is one of the classic recipe) Thank you so much for my yesterday hunger savior but kadai paneer was awful.

To be honest this was my last visit in any...

This Outlet contains Empire restaurant (Mainly Non Veg), VEGETAREA (Pure Veg) & Easy bites (Snacks & Juice). Amble space for 2 & 4 Wheeler parking available with Good Restrooms. Adjacent to NH 257 (New Mysore - Bangalore Highway). Need to take Service roads before just reaching restaurant & even if you missed the initial entry, you can also enter from the service road entry available ahead. If you are sitting At Empire, they will serve you both Veg & Non veg options. If you are opting only Veg, then I suggest you to sit at Vegetarea. Lot of staffs are there simply walking here & there taking Notepad and all but won't come near to the table unless & until you called or wave them. Lots of House fly's are there in the Dining area, which will annoy you. I tried Vegetarea South Indian Thali, Lime Soda & Mango Thick Shake. All tastes Good. Menu cards of Empire, Vegetarea & Easy bites as on 28-01-23 are attached. In addition to this they are having Fast food 🍔🍕🍟 Menu also. By seeing the Menu card rates, I feel a bit costly for some dishes but when compare to this outlet facilities providing prices are ok.
