KFC — Restaurant in Karnataka

I had ordered one Zinger burger and one portion of veg strips , simple, in commercial Street KFC .... There are 3 counters out of which only one counter was operational , I was attended by a lady called MARY at the counter She was really unprofessional and she had least knowledge of customer service .... Looks like she was done and dusted with this job , she was so letargic and hasty about the order , when I asked her for the bill , she did hand gestures and asked me to wait aside ! Ok great professionalism , she said 10 minutes from the time I placed the order , I started my stop watch in front of her and asked her to make a note of this , she asked me to move aside !!! Okay I waited I shall attach the pics too ... The place is okay , the santizer at the entry point was over, the manager did not bother to fill it !! , Please check the images , it was least ventilated !!! And also the people at the counter are under trained ! I would request the management to take care of this issue .... The veg strips had mayonnaise all over it while I don't prefer mayonnaise on these , she did not even ask me , she did it on her own ! Terrible service and terrible quality of food !!!! MARY was pathetic with her customer handling skills ! Rude N...

The staff here is friendly and all but very disappointed with the quality of the food served bought a couple of chicken popcorns here and it was absolutely abysmal some of the chicken pieces didn't even have have proper crusts on them and the chef didn't even bother to add the spices equally instead he added unessasary amount of salt it tasted like i was just eating extremely salty plain chicken pieces

Edit: after finishing the rest of the stuff i bought i am even more disappointed in the food the pepsi tastes like sugar water, the bun in the chicken burger tasted awful and the fries were all soggy. I have a request for the guy who is eventually gonna read this review please for the love of god instead of responding to reviews apologizing and promising it won't happen again do something about this please notify the chefs tell em they gotta do their jobs properly and also make sure your outlet has a fresh supply of raw materials and make sure they aren't...

Today me and my friend visited This KFC branch to have a lunch for his birthday, when we were checking ordering machine viewing the menu the staff name ‘Ganesh” behaved rudely like what are you guy’s doing there and not so friendly with us and we asked about Friday offer and didn’t explained properly and not even giving time to checkout the menu he behaved like he owns the KFC and there was no Q or rush but he was like in urgent but we ordered and the fries was not fresh and chicken popcorn not good because of his bad behaviour he ruined our having lunch like he gave us for free also paying 900 rupees.
