Meraki — Restaurant in Karnataka

Visited the cafe yesterday and honestly, it was a disappointing experience. The food was decent, but the staff were downright arrogant and unbothered. I asked to charge my laptop and was flatly told there’s no plug point. I requested multiple times, but they clearly didn’t care—just brushed it off saying “someone else will come,” who also refused. For such a large cafe where people sit for hours, not having a single charging point or any willingness to help is ridiculous.

The attitude started at the entrance itself—I walked in thinking someone would take the order, and was abruptly told “don’t go in, order here, it’s self-service,” in the most unfriendly tone. I understand if there’s no Wi-Fi since it’s a rural area, but the way the staff talk to customers is unacceptable.

I’ve been here before just for desserts with family, but after this, I’m never going back. Basic courtesy and customer service are clearly missing. Plenty of better...

One of the best Ice Cream parlor @67 mile Bgl Mys Highway ..Meraki is for ice creams what nirvana is for humans: It's the ULTIMATE destination. We've been all over the city, but have still not found a match for the ice creams that Naturally Meraki is so famous for. The only con of visiting this place is that there are so many options available, you'll wish you had a black hole for a stomach. they offer naturally-flavored ice creams , their flavors are organic and fresh, and the taste is amazing which actually makes you feel that you are having a real fruit itself. The ambiance is quite bright, full of vibrant colors and graffiti make it so eye-catchy that you would love to spend your time here. Prices are decent as well. Mango , Black current , Almonds and Tender Coconut flavors are a must try# service staff are very polite.Wish to visit...
