Great place to stop for a quick and tasty breakfast if you're heading from Bangalore to Mysore!

We stumbled upon Shivalli Restaurant 2 during our drive and it turned out to be a great find. It's not directly on the expressway, but if you're traveling towards Mysore, you just need to take a small cut/exit off the highway and drive around 1 KM to reach it. The detour is super manageable and definitely worth it.

The first thing we noticed was the huge parking area – super convenient, especially when you're traveling with family or in a bigger vehicle. No stress about squeezing into tight spots!

The service was really quick – we got our food within minutes of ordering, which was perfect since we were trying to make good time on our journey. The staff was polite and efficient, and everything was well organized even though it was a bit crowded.

Now, the food – classic South Indian breakfast done right! Crisp dosas, soft idlis, vadas, and piping hot filter coffee – everything tasted fresh and flavorful. Definitely hits the spot if you're craving a traditional breakfast.

Travellers beware of this restaurant. Please avoid this restaurant as it does not serve clean food. Worst decision ever to eat at this restaurant. Please avoid if you are care about your health & loved ones. Having had food here earlier this week, my family & friends about 10 adults & 2 kids, most of them down with food poisoning & still on medication including a 3 year old, few senior citizens too. Although lunch was over the staff just tried to clean out & serve us left overs & when asked for refill we were told it’s finished. Some food items like salad were stale & had stones in them. Reporting this to the waiter was no use. My family & friends are down with food poisoning, vomiting & with severe dysentery. Although the place may seem very good with ample parking but service, quality of food & hygiene is pathetic. Please avoid at all cost & there are several good eateries on the same highway with reasonable price & good food. When the hotel was informed about this episode they claimed ignorance & did not even utter a word of sympathy. Such pathetic service & bad behaviour. I recently visited this restaurant and I must say that it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I stepped in, I was impressed with the cleanliness and the well-maintained atmosphere of the place. The staff was extremely friendly and courteous, making me feel right at home.

The food at this restaurant was absolutely amazing! I ordered a few dishes from the menu, and each one was cooked to perfection. The flavors were rich and vibrant, and the portions were generous. What's more, the service time was incredibly quick, with my food arriving at the table within 5 to 10 minutes of ordering.

The highlight of my experience was undoubtedly the cleanliness of the place. The restaurant and its facilities were spotless, and the toilets were particularly impressive. They were not only clean but also free to use, which is always a plus in my book.
