FROZZN BOAT Cafe and Cakes — Restaurant in Karnataka

We had a corn delight pizza, Butterscotch pastry, French fries and a Gadbad Ice cream. Pizza was charged at 320 Rupees (20 rupees for extra cheese), which I felt was really worth before the pizza arrived. Once we got the pizza we realised the pizza was not even worth 150 rupees. Pizza was made out of a readymade pizza base available in super markets. It was so flat and no taste at all from the base. Toppings were not great too, not much veggies or corn was there, but they had put good amount of oregano and chilli flakes, that was the only savior. Never even think of ordering French fries here, they charge 120 rupees for salted fries and they don't even give you 60 rupees worth quantity, this was pathetic choice from us. Butterscotch pastry was good and was worth 60 rupees, in fact it was more than worth the price paid. Last the Gadbad Icecream which looked so colourful lacked any taste, 3 mini scoops of hard and tasteless ice cream with some jelly. There were only 7 raisins and 3 cut pieces is cashews. At the bottom were 10-12 very very small pieces of apple and Pineapple. Pineapple was spoilt and we felt the rotten taste of it, totally it was not even worth 100 rupees for the quantity or quality but they charged 180 rupees for it, which is day light robbery. Worst of all is, we finished all that items in about 50-60 mins of time and even when we about to finish the last spoon of the worst ice cream, they turned off the AC and took away the ice cream glass too as if waiting to kick us out, after having paid close to 700 rupees, we felt like humiliated with their final behaviour, that is so mannersless and not at all a way to run a eatery that too priced so premium for the pathetic quality food served.

Will never ever visit this Froznboat store again in my life.

We had a fruit salad ice cream at Vishnu vaibhav restaurant just next to this store, later on the day and they provide a glass full of fruits with good quality scoop of ice cream with better service and ambience and charged just 90 rupees for it. Worth every penny.

Edit: I am editing this review and seeing the response from the cafe. You mentioned that you have CCTV proof that your employee did not snatch the Glass from my hand, do you think any customer would spare you or your employee if you snatch a glass from their hand after they paid for it and while still having it? You reply shows what kind of training you are giving to your employees. I clearly mentioned they took away the glass too in a hurry, no where did I mention they snatched it from my end. Also irrespective of you make in house pizza base or buy it from outside it doesn't matter as long as it tastes like a ready made pizza base and you are replying that is not our problem, then whose problem is it? If you want you take the feedback or else leave it, its your choice. But don't try to be over smart. If Possible learn how to behave in the service industry and teach the same to your staff too and improvize the quality of your products just like your Pastries, which were really yum and worth every penny we paid. And from your CCTC check and introspect why did you even turn off the AC when the customer was...

Food :- -- all varieties are eggless where you can enjoy small cupcakes. -- sandwiches, pizza varieties which i have tasted yummy.

Ambiance:- -- The mix of blue and white combination in walls and tables which have a peaceful and attractive ambience.

Staff:- -- Either the owner or staff didn't hesitate and supported a good one.

Overall it was a very pleasant and good experience.
