Disappointing Experience at Hotel Vishnu Vaibhava, Kukke
We visited Hotel Vishnu Vaibhava in Kukke and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. From the moment we entered, the staff didn’t welcome us properly. We were seated at two tables as my wife was changing our baby’s diaper, and the waiter rudely commented that we shouldn’t be occupying both tables since we were one family.
When we were discussing what to order, the waiter rushed us and, without consulting us, placed an order on his own. While we were still deciding, he added an extra juice that we didn’t ask for. It felt like he was trying to increase the bill by pushing extra items. When questioned, he claimed that because we were discussing the order in front of him, he took the liberty to decide for us, which was completely uncalled for.
To make things worse, he was very impatient and even grabbed the menu from my 6-year-old daughter while she was still looking at it. His overall attitude made for a very unpleasant dining experience.

Read moreI visited this restaurant near the temple in the evening. The place was clean, the food was good, and the service was decent—until we had an unfortunate encounter with a manager-like individual. I was there with my 4-year-old child, who was playing with a couple of plastic spoons we brought from outside. Towards the end of our meal, the spoons dropped, and I politely asked a staff member for a couple more, offering to pay for them.
Instead of a simple response, this manager-like person decided to lecture me about keeping a closer eye on my child to prevent things like this from happening. But what really bothered me was his attitude—he seemed to judge me for not being a local, which was entirely unnecessary and unprofessional.
If you're looking for decent food in a clean environment, this place might work for you. Just be prepared for the possibility of being judged if you're not...
Read moreVery neat and clean pure veg restaurant located close to Kukke Subrahmanya temple. The menu was quite diverse and the food quality and taste were good. The seating was also comfortable and staff behaviour was generally good and courteous. We visited this restaurant twice in the same day.
We did run into an issue though. The person serving our to-go order in the evening(in white clothes, as opposed to other staff who were wearing dark blue uniform like clothes) was very hesitant to provide a couple of extra spoons with two orders of fried rice and couple of times he simply ignored our request. This behaviour we found highly unacceptable, given that we had just dined in this restaurant hours earlier and ordered a lot of...
