Neo Mysore Cafe — Restaurant in Karnataka

I had been to this restaurant today and had a very appalling experience. We had 2 meals and 1 dosa and it cost us 220. Food wasn't great either. Then the waiter takes the cash and bill, submits it to the counter and goes for lunch without tendering the 30 Rs back as we paid Rs 250. We waited for a while and on our way out I asked the Cashier for the change. He asked me what change? I then said your waiter took the money and didn't get back. At this point he said I don't know, you ask the waiter. To this when my father asked him as to what kind of a business are you running of you can't get hold of your staff and make sure that the right amount is given back, he started to yell. Finally when the waiter came running, he started shouting at the waiter. We did give him back but people visiting this place must beware...

you are welcomed with overwhelming prices shadowed by a smart cashier, until u take a first bite u feel like u have come for right place , so don't guarantee your group about fulfilling their expectations . Because it's too far from it. I took dosa for 110 rs , chutney was reprepared with more water, unroasted dosa, at that point u find no option and bound to have what he serve. Roadside dosa will be far better than this Idly 80 rs a plate , 2idly 1 vada , it was like bangalore's 30 rs idly vada . Tea /coffee - 25 rs , taste is okey . Don't expect , only for timely food consumption,u can have something as other hotels in here are still worse than this . Huge crowd, uncomfortable to have food as u r forced to finish soon. Robbed in broad daylight of 520 rupees by the Hotel cashier himself. He swiped my card twice saying card got declined both times, and then also took cash from me. He even refused to acknowledge the two messages I received on my mobile showing 260 rupees were twice deducted from my account in the same minute by the same card machine used in the hotel, its even showing in the bank statement. But he keep claiming that he did not receive money. Robbers in broad daylight. No respect or consideration for customers since they know we are from different city anyway. .
