Worst behaviour of the owner.. we are well known family of their owner’s father (Ravi uncle)(which Owner doesn’t know till now). We ordered a lot of food from there but kids also wanted to have Maggi.. we bought it from outside and requested them to make it.. first time they ruined the Maggi and so we have to buy another pack .. and my husband requested them to let him in kitchen so that he can guide them how to cook as kids were really hungry.. after all this the owner called up and rudely spoke to my husband saying that this is common sense and all and u can’t enter the kitchen.. follow protocols.. my husband apologised and told him it was for kids but he kept on showing his egoistic behaviour.. so I want to just convey a message to Mr Nagesh Nair that at such holy place u need to be courteous and helpful for the visitors.. and just imagine if your kids need a doctor in future and we doctors stick to protocol and explain you about the common sense then how would you feel? Belonging to such a divine family this type of behaviour is unacceptable.. please have some humanity.. regards...
Read moreWorst place I have ever seen . We ordered 5 meals and some other items . It literally took 45 min -50 min to get the Meals on the table and other items took an hour. Half of the other table PPL left after ordering. The meals was worst and was expensive for the quantity. The meals just contain a small portion of rice , 1(poori/chapati) and cabbage sabji, sambar, rasam and curd nothing more than that , for which they charged ₹120 for it. It was the worst place I have ever gone . It's the perfect example of "DONT JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER" , because from outside it will look good , but after sitting in the table only ull realise, that u have made a wrong decision. I made a wrong decision, but I don't want others to make the...
Read moreFood is OK, place seems hygienic, staff is courteous. They don’t have half the things on the menu (not sure then why do they call that an all day menu). They don’t even ask for water - unless customers ask - extremely basic. When they give water, they just give a bottle without tumblers! Not sure it’s lack of sensitivity or trying to save cost. Very few fans for a large place. One fan that was blowing in the cashier direction - they were not ready to make it turn - their need for their own comfort more than that of the customer!
With a little more thought on hospitality they can make it an amazing place - with little/no additional cost. Right now, wasting a great...
