This hotel deserves absolutely negative stars. Food quality is pathetic dosa which they have served probably batter is of previous day. And when observing there is no hygiene in cooking where people don’t know how to prepare. When we spoke to managers and owners regarding Reviews they were like convincing customer to not post reviews. By returning money. I never suggest anyone who values food to visit this place.

One of the worst worst hotel in Dharmasthala. They billed me for idli vada, vada was finished so they gave me another idli, looted me, no chattny for anything for idli or for dosa or for rice bath, no masala in masala dosa. Praying god that either the service improves or hotel gets closed soon.

Hotel name Ruchi : but there is no Ruchi in food

Am still searching who gave 5 star ratings in review..... This Hotel deserves negative rating....

Don't waste your money by visiting.

Poor Food Quality: The food was tasteless and lacked any flavor.

Plz who ever coming to dharmasthala never visit this restaurant. Pathetic taste . Chatny was spoiled .
