New Punjabi Food Corner — Restaurant in Karnataka

Everyone needs that one restaurant nearby that you can rely on for fast food delivery but isn't fast food.

New Punjabi Food corner has various locations in the Electronic City area. There's plenty of seating. It's basically no frills; you simply go there to eat. Hygiene can certainly be improved; our table was a little greasy.

There is a big difference in eating at the restaurant and ordering take-out. I would recommend home delivery, any day.

I've had a few of the paneer dishes and they are decent. The Paneer Chattpata and Paneer Butter Masala are good choices. The difference in quality comes in when you order rotis. The rotis are always cold when you have food at the restaurant but are piping hot when you opt for home delivery. This is confusing.

Beverages are standard. Order a lime soda or some buttermilk. You can't go wrong with that.

Service is mediocre but no one really comes here for the service.

The quantity is great for the price and the delivery is always on time.

I usually opt for New Punjabi Corner when I am too lazy to cook...

Food was ok. Obviously you can't expect exact North Indian taste in south. But it was very close rating 3 star for the fact that staff was not so welcoming and parcel took some time. Now a days restaurant prefer online delivery more than the person being present at the location.

They need to do a few things like Make there hoarding more visible as one might miss this. Teach staff to handle customer. Give salad (pickled onion) as you would find in any place in Punjab.

I ordered paneer do pyaza , normally it should be tangy in taste , but here it was too spicy,and tandoor roti was like bread. It doesn't end here. At last billing was done mistakenly (instead of paneer dopyaza he added chicken dopyaza ). When asked for rebill, the manager is arguing with me. I request the concern owner to kindly change the manager as he is not capable of managing the restaurant. This is second time I have argued with him.
