Citrus cafe is a part of Lemon Tree Hotel. We went there with our relatives for dinner buffe on thursday. Didn't take any booking. Plenty of dining space was available . Atmosphere was very peaceful, because of that we were able to enjoy our dinner happily and peacefully. It was nit at all crowded. Kids were happy. Customer service was really good. There was no rush while taking food. Non veg and veg items were available. Everything was neatly labelled with red and blue dot mark whether it's a veg or non veg dish. So it was easy for me to identify veg items and comfortable for me to choose those items only. There was no serving like starters and main course. Everything was available at the same time. For starters Gobi manchurian and paneer tikka was available in which I liked gobi manchurian alot. Chilli garlic noodles was really tasty. Vegetable biryani and paneer curry combination with veg curry was really good.Different types of naan and pakora made with different vegetables was available as a part of live counter. Salads were available and I didn't try any of them as I prefer to eat only cooked food. Most of the desserts like pastry and cake were marked as non veg .In dessert less options available for vegetarians. But I enjoyed the hot gulab jamun and rice kheer. I made a combination of strawberry ice cream ,chocolate ice cream, cut fruits(watermelon , pineapple) with hot gulab jamun which tasted better than having fruits alone. Cranberry juice was fine. Pasta in creamy beetroot felt plain in taste. Corn spinach was better than pasta. High chair was available for the baby. Staffs were polite and cordial. They gave hot milk for the baby when requested. Overall I felt happy about my visit to citrus cafe and our relatives were also happy. Note: They didn't take any...
Read moreI was at the spa in the hotel and decided to go for coffee at the Citrus Cafe and was very disappointed. The server served me coffee and gave me the menu only when I asked for it, and then disappeared. She never bothered to come back and see if I wanted to order anything to eat. When I was done drinking my coffee, I had to call out to a person cleaning the floor to let somebody know to get me my cheque. There was nobody around to attend the only guest in the cafe. Then the server appeared and refused to give me change for my money and made no effort to get change from anywhere else in the hotel. She insisted that I pay by card. When I tried to provide her feedback about the poor service, she just refused to listen. She told me that I was wrong and there is no means of providing feedback at the cafe. At the end she did suggest that I could speak to her manager and the rest of the staff also appeared and apologised, but I was only interested in getting out by that time. Never...
Read moreI visited Citrus Trails about a month ago, located around 30 km from Whitefield. The place is surrounded by beautiful nature, offering a peaceful and refreshing escape from the city. One of the best parts was the 1.5 km walking trail, which lets you enjoy the greenery and fresh air—a perfect way to relax. The food was excellent, with a diverse menu including Chinese and several other cuisines, so there’s plenty of variety. The flavors were really good and satisfying. A unique highlight is the coffee plantation on-site, which adds to the charm and gives a nice glimpse of local agriculture. Overall, Citrus Trails is a fantastic spot for anyone wanting a calm environment, tasty food, and some time in nature without traveling too far from Bangalore. It’s ideal for a day trip or weekend getaway, combining good food and beautiful surroundings...
