Reasonably priced good food. Taste is always consistent. Never had any sort of issue with any of my order.

Just after I posted this review, I faced problems with my order. In first order food taste and quality was not good. There was not enough curry or chicken pieces in the curry to have naans.

Second order I had placed through Zomato for lunch for 5 people. As it was already around 1230pm, I thought of calling the restaurant to request them to send the food little before scheduled time if possible for them. This person on the phone told me they are preparing my order and will send it as per the schedule only. I waited for till the delivery time given to me. Firstly hotel guy told me that since I have a bulk order it's taking more time for them to prepare the food. Second time when I called him after 15-20 minutes, he told me that food is ready but delivery executive has not reached there. Then I called delivery executive, he told me he is waiting there at the restaurant from last 20-25 mins but they are not giving him food parcels. He requested me to speak with restaurant once again. This time hotel executive told me that they have not received my order and their food is also over as it was Sunday lunch time. Then he had the audacity to ask me to wait for another 30-40 mins for food and if they have some food left with them they will send it to me. Delivery executive was a kind person he asked me if he wants me to wait there. I asked delivery executive to not to waste his time there as the hotel guy was talking to me as if I am begger. I called Zomato to cancel my order and refund my money. Zomato executive helped me without any hassles. After this bitter incident I have decided to not to place any order...

I had an extremely unpleasant experience at Imperio, Kadugodi, and I feel compelled to warn others. I ordered a shawarma expecting a decent meal, but what I received was absolutely unacceptable — the meat had a foul, rotten smell, clearly indicating it was either spoiled or very poorly stored. It was not just disappointing; it was downright unsafe to consume. Concerned for my health, I brought it to the attention of the manager, Ranjan, but instead of taking accountability, he was shockingly rude and dismissive. There was no apology, no solution, not even basic courtesy. His attitude made it clear that customer safety and satisfaction are not priorities at this outlet. For a place that positions itself as a respectable restaurant, this level of food quality and management behavior is completely disgraceful. Absolutely disgusting and wicked behavior of the owner who treated Me and my wife with huge disrespect and coming to beat us. Food taste is ridiculous and very expensive.

The owner doesn't hav basic manners and discipline of how to speak and behave with customers, used abusive language and was about to hit us, one can even check CC camera footage. Everyone in the building was seeing his uncivilized and rowdy kind of behavior, it suits him bcoz anyways He looks like Goonda

With gut feeling and experience I say, the street food is more tasty than this restaurant, more than that, the road side sellers have much more polite and soft behavior towards their customers.

No wonder why his restaurant is always empty when ever I visit that side.

Respect is more important which this Owner of Imperio doesn't have, he should go to road side sellers and take tuition.
