I ordered a birthday cake from this bakery — and it turned out to be horrible. The cake tasted like it was 3 days old, full of chemicals, and I actually vomited after eating it. When I tried to raise the issue, the owner behaved so arrogantly — shouting in front of other customers and asking sarcastically, “How should the cake be then?”

Instead of taking feedback, he just argued and acted like he’s doing a favor by selling stale cakes. Honestly, even roadside bakeries serve better and fresher cakes than this place. The owner’s attitude is disgusting — always rude in person and even more arrogant in his replies to reviews online.

Totally unprofessional and unhygienic bakery. Should seriously consider shutting down if they can’t respect customers or maintain basic quality standards.

It’s also clear that most of the early reviews (up to around 7.5K ratings) seem suspiciously positive — but once you scroll beyond that, you’ll start seeing the real experiences from genuine customers. The truth is, this place survives only on fake praise, not on quality.

Avoid this bakery at all costs — terrible taste, unhygienic cakes, and a rude owner who doesn’t respect customers.

Who’s supposed to keep the bill — is it some kind of President’s Award? We threw it straight into their own dustbin, right along with the cake. Maybe they’ll start charging customers for throwing their trash...

Owner or whoever commented from the shop, let me know if you dnt consider getting a wrong product delivered as a genuine concern then I cannot help it. Do you think the pic I posted is vanilla sponge cake without cream it is rather red velvet cake with lots of cream?

I just want the owner to read this part first. I see lot of people gave review stating the product was stale. Please be ready for an official complaint if the cake handed over to us was expired or old one as we clearly told multiple times we are taking it to school.I expect a revert from the owner. How below shown cake is vanilla sponge cake without cream.

We ordered vanilla sponge cake without cream and nuts and paid 2180 inr but they delivered red velvet cake with creame and the guy had the audacity to argue saying it is sponge cake..When we went to order we clearly told the need and they told they can customize but some issue with machine so they will give receipt of red velvet. The guy forgot to give clear instruction to the baker and they made red velvet cake with full creme. And he started arguing that red velvet is new vanilla. And they just kept the cake and to hide his misdeed gave a sponge cake. When we asked for manger number he told there is no manager ..he job will be at stake .

We dnt even know if he gave an eggless sponge cake he told though as we specifically told we are taking...

Unprofessional & Avoiding Accountability!

Instead of addressing genuine customer complaints, this bakery is calling negative reviews "competitor reviews"—how ridiculous! A customer shares a real experience, and instead of apologizing or fixing the issue, they attack the reviewer and avoid responsibility.

If they truly had nothing to hide, they would have: ✔ Acknowledged the issue ✔ Investigated the complaint properly ✔ Improved their customer service

But what do they do instead? Throw accusations and refuse refunds. This says a lot about their business ethics. Would you trust a bakery that handles complaints like this?

People deserve to know the truth—think twice before buying from here!
