Usually croma stores are good where you can see the products and experience it before buying. But today it was horrible for us.

We were planning to buy a phone. As soon as we entered the store a person wearing white shirt came and started insisting on the Oppo Reno phone when we told we want a good camera. We saw the phone, we didn't like it and we moved to different phones. He literally started stalking us saying if you want a good camera buy Reno. It was so annoying, I never had experienced such behavior from a sales person in my life!

We tried everything to keep that guy away, he was still adamant and walking very close to us. When we saw almost all the phones, we liked the S23 at the end. But just to be sure about the camera quality, when we checked the Reno model, he started stalking again.

My wife told back cover texture is not great. He said "App bol rahe the camera achha chahie, ab bol rahe ho back cover bhi achha chahiye" in a very annoyed way.

I literally shouted at him saying "I am not buying Onion and Potato here. We will check everything before deciding on a phone." and asked who was his manager and moved out without buying anything.

It was a disgusting experience in a Croma store. Please train your sales representatives not to stalk customers. We can get better deals online. We visit physical stores so that we could experience it and have a pleasant experience with sales persons who could explain or answer to our questions, and not to get a stalker who adds stress.

It was super frustrating and annoying. Why would you keep such untrained employees in your stores? What benefits do you get?

I will think many times before I visit this branch again. I could give negative stars if that were an option just because of this one experience. Very annoying sales representatives....

Subject: Very Disappointing Experience at Croma Electronic City Phase 1 – Misleading Information and Poor Service

I had a very frustrating and disappointing experience at the Croma store in Electronic City Phase 1 (Neeladri Road) while trying to purchase an iPhone 15 (Pink).

A salesperson named Farooq misled us by confirming the availability of the iPhone 15 in pink color without checking properly. Based on his confirmation, we proceeded with the No Cost EMI process through IDFC Bank. Even the bank representative reconfirmed the availability with Farooq before processing the finance. We completed all the formalities, which took us around 40 minutes.

However, when it came time to make the payment, the storekeeper suddenly informed us that the iPhone 15 in pink was not available. Farooq then came back and casually mentioned that there was a system issue, and the availability was incorrectly displayed — an excuse that felt careless and unprofessional.

This entire experience not only wasted our time but was deeply humiliating. We felt cheated and misled, and it was extremely frustrating to go through the entire finance process based on false information.

To make things worse, when we entered the store, we were told they were short-staffed and were made to wait 20 minutes just to be attended to. The overall service was pathetic, and no one seemed to care about customer experience.

Please be cautious while dealing with Farooq — he is clearly uninformed and irresponsible. I would strongly advise against purchasing iPhones or any major electronics from this Croma store due to such poor service standards and...

Bit disappointed by purchasing croma OTG. Its around 9:30. First we planned to go for 48L as a gift and later sales guy told no stock currently and it will get delivered by Monday and shown his stock list on his tablet says 1 available and he said that one is demo one. He told 63L they hav stock but I have think twice as need only 48L.Later I have convened to go for 63 and I said will bill it. LATER THEY brought 48L OTG from stock room and not sure all of the sudden from were it's came. Once they done the billing felt something different in attitude. They way of handling the product from 1st to ground floor enterence in harsh manner and I have I formed him to unbox it show ots working or not but he told you can check it home and if any issues you bring it back and get it replaced. Its double work for me so better Wil check it in thr showroom itself. They way he bring the OTG from thr box is so worst and broke all the polystyrene on the side and showed all the accessories which comes with the OTG. I have informed him to check it by pluging the power cord. Later he said oky and once confirmd he pushed and kept all thr broken polystyrene and managed to pack it by pushing as much he can. He told we have done the unboxing in store if anything happened in the transit , we won't responsible for that. Accepeted everything and left thr store.No way they are helpful even we have brought croma product on croma store.
