Just Bake — Restaurant in Karnataka

I don't usually put up reviews but had to make time to put this one.The service at Just Bake Kankanady is just so commendable. The staff is so friendly and helpful,they are so patient and help out confused customers.. However what caught my attention was the guy with specs..As I was there for quite sometime I noticed that he used 4 different languages while attending the customers.He knew english,hindi, kannada and another language which i couldn't really figure out.It was fascinating to see him attend so many customers alone nd changing languages when necessary.He was also multitasking really well(handling payments nd attending customers) He had a super friendly attitude and was so dedicated towards his work..The knowledge he used while suggesting cakes depending on people made it look like he was a close friend/ family member. I am a resident of Bangalore and have visited many shops but I never saw a customer...

The cake was awesome but the the cusromer sevice was worst. The staff was speaking to us like he was yelling at us. I tried their pastries such as death by chocolate, Irish coffee, Rasmalai. I also tried their doughnuts, samosas, puffs and pizzas too. Honestly speaking they are charging so high. One chicken puff 35 rupees and it's not even worth it. The filling is so less. Doughnuts are 45 it's so hard only topping have creams and it's too less also. Totally speaking only their cakes are good all other are not worth. They don't even have proper dine-in space. The table's are not fixed properly they are not even cleaning the table after customer leaves. We have to ask them to clean. I'm really disappointed after...

I had a very disappointing experience with Just Bake. I’d ordered a cake online yesterday, after 4 hours I inquired about the order status, only to be told that they just realised the cake wasn't available. They then insisted on an extra 50 rupees for an eggless option, which I reluctantly agreed to due to the delay. To my dismay, the cake they delivered was not only late but also inedible – it was old and had a foul odor and taste. This level of service and the quality of the product are unacceptable. I won't be ordering...
