Royal Treat Family Restaurant — Restaurant in Karnataka

This restaurant is famous for Mugalai type of cuisine... Tandoori chicken and mutton dishes available.. Food which I tasted are royal treat soup, paya soup, chicken tandoori arabica style, Anjali tandoori, peri peri tandoori, chicken biryani, mutton biryani, paneer makhani, kucha, carmel custard and coconut pudding... Royal Treat soup had a rich taste of herbs along with chicken .. Tandoori arabica was not spicy but good.. Anjali was good with mild spicy... Peri peri was very spicy, spicy lovers ll like it.. Paneer makhani tasted good along with kulcha.. Chicken biryani and mutton biryani one of the best biryani in mangalore i can say. Chicken and mutton was cooked so well.. We had also ordered jaljeera but not at all upto mark. Caramel Custard 🍮 and coconut pudding is a must try desert here both were good, mild sweetness.. We were disappointed with the customer service that they provided only initially we were well greeted then they didn't know how to manage the things, starters were served without the dips or chutney, they were not ready to take orders for stuffed kulcha which was already mentioned in the menu at the end mouth fresheners were also not given along with bill were as it was served in...

I visited this restaurant with my family for the first time and the experience I had was the worst one in my whole life. We had traveled to Mangalore this morning from Kannur for a doctor's appointment and by afternoon as we were really hungry decided to have lunch from this restaurant. When we entered, the restaurant was not crowded and few tables were empty. We sat on a table to place our order and one gentleman from the counter approached and told us that we need to make a reservation if we need to sit on the table and asked us to clear the table ruthlessly. He was not even kind enough to make us sit on another table. There were other tables free and not even a single customers were waiting outside. We felt so embarrassed and angry that we left the restaurant. This type of experience from a highly rated restaurant is never expected. I WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT TO ANYONE. Forget the food when the attitude of restaurant itself is cultureless.

Absolute Pathetic! The worst Hospitality & insane person on the cash counter( looks like a owner) . We reserved table for 14 pax family & friends for a birthday dinner between 8:15pm to 8:30pm, We reached At 8:35pm, Moment we reached he informed us that we are late to occupy the Reserved seat and he cancelled without any notice huh, that tone he communicated was already pitching on me, and later on went on to say that he cant accommodate the dinner for 14 as he has huge order, Basically if he has order he will cancel the reservation without notice, what an unprofessional guy and its approach. Shame on him. Very arrogant behaviour by him ,he is asking us wether we are going to restaurant for the first time? 🤣. we had to accommodate 14"members to diffrent restaurants in the last minute, which was humiliating to guest and...
