The chicken was stale, reeking with a disgusting foul odour, and the flesh inside was black and rotten. This isn’t just poor quality—it’s absolute negligence and a threat to consumer health.
I took a single bite and had to spit it out immediately. It was that revolting. And what’s worse? No refund. No apology. No accountability. KFC clearly doesn’t care about what they're serving people, and Zomato’s customer support is just as careless, brushing this off like it’s a minor complaint.
If I fall sick, who takes the blame? Does Zomato or KFC step in? Of course not. Just collect money and serve spoiled meat—that’s the standard now? I paid full price for something that belongs in the trash.

Read moreWe took a take away of bucket with 6 hot n crispy n 6 wings, when we reached home and checked there were only 4 hot n crispy chicken pieces. Tried their number on the bill and it's not reachable, same with customer care number too. Would have understood if the place was busy and crowded but there was only one more customer.This has happened for the first time ( thought of opening n counting next time 🙃)Hope they improve their service and serve what we pay for and take this feedback positively .
