While the initial experience was good but what was dis appointing at the end was the lady staff comes to us, request for our phone saying rating and she has rated 5 stars on her self without even discussing with us. And takes a picture on her mobile . We thought and were waiting for her to open the page for rating but it was only when we checked with her did she mention about what she had done. This trust can even be mis used and your staff needs to be counselled though we mentioned to her it was incorrect and not appreciated. Looks like all the 5 star ratings without any comments are managed by the staff this way coz genuine rating by customers would make a comments. Food quality even did not meet our expectations....

Me and my family visited the pizza hut kadri ... we enjoyed the food... and staffs were good groomed and smart also ... One off the girl staff were taking the order she as saggested the meals and offers .... We visited on Wednesday... So she saggested 50% discount offer ... And we satisfied with the offer ... And the pizza was served and pizza were too hot and tasty... Ma children were enjoying the pizza and Pepsi... And the pizza hut moment was enjoy ... And we left the shop with happyness and good memories... ❤️

Service is appreciable and the food is quite good, the only constraint being some dishes are priced a little bit higher than what they should be. Anyways, this should not be much of a worry for those who prefer quality rather than quantity in their foods. As i said before, the service is really nice as the waiters come and respond quickly in case the customer has to add or cancel something from their respective orders. Overall, a fine place to dine out with good food and a commendable atmosphere...
