As a regular patron of KFC in California, I had looked forward to sharing the familiar experience with my family here in India. Unfortunately, what we encountered at the Mysore location was nothing short of frustrating and unacceptable.

The staff member who took our order, Chetan, was blatantly dishonest. We ordered a combo that included dips - fairly straightforward - but he quietly tacked on additional charges for "extra dips" without informing us. To make matters worse, we never even received the additional dips we were charged for.

Beyond the shady upselling tactics, the service was painfully slow. Our food took far longer than expected, and when it finally arrived, it was underwhelming at best. My family - excited for what was supposed to be a familiar treat - left disappointed and unimpressed.

Visited KFC yesterday at 2nd floor, Mall of mysore. Ordered 5 pc smoky red leg piece, 2 dips & 1 virgin mojito. But was shocked when the order was ready. When started eating leg pieces were not at all hot but when asked the staff at the counter he said we will reheat it but thats not a good experience. Food should always be served hot. It took another 5 mins to reheat. Also ordered medium French fries and asked the bill for the Same and it took them almost half an hour to generate the bill and this was paid by cash. French fries were also not upto mark. Very slow service and didn't expect this from KFC.
