Disappointing Experience at KFC Hospet

My recent visit to KFC Hospet was nothing short of a disappointment. The outlet, which I had high hopes for, turned out to be the worst KFC experience I've ever had.

Firstly, upon receiving our order, we noticed that it took longer than expected. It's mentioned in the KFC's official website, that a free leg piece will be provided if the order took more than 7 minutes, but when we inquired about it, the manager provided us with silly and illogical explanations, denying us the same.

Furthermore, the cleanliness of the outlet was appalling. Despite being an air-conditioned building, there were numerous mosquitoes flying around, making it an uncomfortable dining experience. The floor was also dirty, and it was evident that they were not cleaning it regularly.

To add to the disappointment, we were the only locals in the outlet. All the other customers were foreigners, and it was clear that the outlet had made a bad impression on them. It's a shame that KFC Hospet would deliver such a subpar experience to its customers.

The food was nice, but overall, my experience at KFC Hospet was far from satisfactory. I would not recommend this outlet to anyone and hope that they improve their services and cleanliness standards...
