I visited McDonald’s Hubli on 18th September after seeing that McSpicy Fried Chicken was finally back on the menu after a year. I was thrilled and ordered 5 pieces of McSpicy Fried Chicken, 2 Cokes, and Mexican Cheesy Fries through the kiosk.

To my disappointment, I was served the new Crispy Fried Chicken instead—a bland, golden KFC-style product with no spice, no kick, and absolutely nothing like the original McSpicy. The McSpicy I used to enjoy was slightly red, less crusty, and carried the fiery punch of Ghost Pepper 🌶️ from the very first bite. This was not it.

When I complained, instead of acknowledging the mix-up, the staff tried to convince me that this bland version was the “new McSpicy.” They even made me wait 15 minutes for a “test leg piece” while my bucket turned cold, only to serve me the same bland chicken again.

This is misleading customers. Crispy Fried Chicken and McSpicy Fried Chicken are two different products, and calling one by the other’s name is unacceptable.

I wasted my time, money, and excitement. As a loyal McSpicy customer, I expect McDonald’s Hubli to invite me back and serve my full order complimentary and correctly—with the real McSpicy Fried Chicken that customers know and love, not its...

I'm a regular customer at Mcdonalds, But from the past 3 visits I'm facing a serious issue of the store closing down its dine in before 10pm, if already sitting for dine in then lights & A/c being switched off and the staff behaves as if they are doing us some favour by serving us. Moreover if you have such rule then mention the timings properly in Google, and clearly mention it that only DRIVE THROUGH is avaliable. At least small kids won't be DISAPPOINTED everytime & we visit KFC, DOMINOS, PIZZA HUT or other outlet where dine in is upto 11pm & i would suggest other customers as well not to visit this Mcdonalds outlet post 9:30pm they will destroy your dining experience.
