On Independence day we chose to make our child happy with fast food for lunch specially the happy meal. After our trip to Decathlon Anubhava we stopped at this outlet of McDonald's. The place could be easily located from the main road and parking for few cars plus two wheelers is available right at the entrance with a security guard to guide you. We all know how McDonald's burger tastes so I am going to sum up our experience visiting this branch. To our surprise, they didn't have any toy for happy meal that too on a national holiday when family with kids would be expected to visit. Rice bowl is no comparison with KFC rice bowl as we ordered for cheesy rice bowl with chicken nuggets and the rice was too cheesy for our Indian taste buds. Lastly, the place was not properly air-conditioned, it was quite warm yesterday and the corner seat was making us feel warm and uncomfortable. Despite us complaining about it , there was nothing much done about it. One of the staff members simply confirmed that the AC is already on. My advice to the McDonald's - please be well prepared for the footfall especially on holidays and support saving electricity but not to the extent of making your customers feel uncomfortable while...

I had a different kind of experience this time. I visited this branch multiple times before and it was kinda overall a good experience.

But this time the moment we sat down, one lady came to ask for a review & gave itself 5* and posted it. Before I came back home, I saw mcd replied to my review.

I understood they are ranking bad & wanted some good reviews, but to get good reviews, you need to service better.

The upper floor was empty as the ac was not working & informed by the staff.

I didn't receive any kids meal toy which all know is a great deal for kids & that's the only reason mcd marketed the product in such a way.

One spice mix was missing & crispy chicken was not crispy but more of half boiled meat.

Burger, fries & drinks were good. But I chose to go to that location away from the city just to have some good experience but the mcd's in the city are better in some manner.

This is the reason I am editing my review the very next day as I myself depend on ratings & can't give wrong reviews...
