Paradise in EC phase 1 is lacking service big time now along with food quality. Went with family for dinner. Except mutton and veg biryani everything was unavailable. We ordered veg biryani and rice were uncooked. Staff were good and they severed separate rice when we mentioned the quality. However, staff also forced us to take 3 months membership. Probably they are getting some incentive from that. But overall experience was not great.
I don’t think, I will visit the this restaurant again.
Thanks

Food - Biryani, no doubt that Bangslore Parasise biryani doesn’t match to Hyderabad paradise biryani. However, compare to other biryanis this is good. Other North Indian dishes are lip smacking. Daal makhani and butter chicken are must try. All starts are amazing.
Service - All helpers are humble and listen carefully. Service is really good and fast.
Atmosphere - the ambience looks generic. Nothing special apart from The celebrities pictures on the entrance wall. Otherwise, chairs and tables are comfortable. Window view is nice but only you see the traffic.
Waiting - usually there is no waiting in this restaurant but there is proper sitting area in case you need to wait for somthing.
Washrooms - since this is newly built. Washrooms are clean. Hand washing are is clean and hygienic.
Wheelchair access - You would need to park the car in the basement to access lift in case wheel chair is there. I didn’t see wheel chair provided by restaurant.
Parking - no parking. Only two wheelers can park in the basement. 4 wheeler parking is struggle in this area. Better to park outside Laddo’s market parking slot....
Read moreWorst Paradise outlet ever i have visited, if you go here by looking at the brand you will feel sorry and spoil your valuable day. I visited this place mainly for Haleem because you get only here in Electronic City. I ordered biryani, coke and double ka meeta along with haleem by scanning the QR code on the table as the floor manager asked me to do so. No one bothered about the order for 30 mins and I got biryani after 30 mins, I had to call the floor manager to my table and ask where is the Haleem? Then he asked have you ordered it, ok will get it 🙄 . After 20 mins he got Haleem. Then again I had to call the floor manager and ask where is the coke? Again same question, have you ordered it, ok will get it . After 10 mins he got the coke. At this stage didn't want remind them again double ka meeta, instead i just wanted finish my dinner and leave as I was already frustrated with the service(The complementary items like onions and lemon slice they least bother about, they don't get intentionally even if you ask them 10 times). I finished my dinner and asked the bill, to my surprise they added double ka meeta in the bill which they did not even serve me. When I asked them they says oh didn't you get it? ok remove that and pay the remaining. I paid and escalated this matter to their area manager Mr. Sridhar. I felt like I made a big mistake choosing this sh** place for dinner and spoiled my valuable Sunday evening. This is the service they provide here under the so called brand name. Better avoid this place and choose someother place for a...
Read moreRIP..to my desire of eating Paradise Biryani...This place is a classic case of legacy being destroyed by greedy. Despite my earlier 3 visits to this very place was a great disappointment i still went there because of a friend who wanted to try since he heard about the Hyderabad outlet. Didn't want to dampen his spirit so I went along. We were given choices to pick and ours was a combo for 2. Both mutton and chicken biryani's were anything but biryani. First of all, the orders were mixed up and finally when it arrived it was nothing but a hot pile of rice with few pieces of meat and loads of ghee. It tasted so tasteless and my friend had left the whole thing after just few morsels. The staffs were clueless and didn't care for the client. There were another 3 set of clients who were also pretty unhappy. When growing up i have heard people talking so passionate about paradise biryani and i.. myself had few times when visiting Hyderabad and it was indeed many levels beyond and pure royalty. It's high time for the brand salvage itself by not giving franchise permission to anyone with money. We felt cheated and it was complete waste of our hard earned money. We were given some kabab and the waiters were hellbent about convincing that it was chicken chettinad.. the chef needs some serious training. Will never visit this place again even if i am...
