This place is a perfect example of mismanagement, improper staff training and lack of basic hospitality or courtesy. Any fine dine or brewery or a restaurant is not judged by the interiors you get done or how big the place is, but by your sense of providing an enjoyable experience to the customer which they will remember. We will remember this experience but there was nothing "enjoyable" in it. Right from the start, they don't provide you valet service on a Saturday night, when it's raining, even when they have a dedicated valet table. N to make the experience more uncomfortable they talk trash to you and entrance is surrounded by rowdy looking private cab owners who block your way. When we enter, the receptionists fail to locate your reservation and multiple hosts keep asking to show you the reservation confirmation, as if we are trying to enter by fraud. They try to mimic some posh restaurants by providing an online (qr code scan) ordering system, but again make it bitter by coming n checking the order list with different guests. N food has to be the biggest disappointment ever, for a place which acts pricey, the quality of food is pathetic, most often they provide you snacks which were probably prepared long back and have been microwaved. There was a live music when we visited, which was average to be honest, however the acoustics of place made it more like a noise, rather than a pleasant experience that we usually associate with live music. The organizers failed to understand the difference between a DJ and a live music performance. N then we made a mistake of trying to shift our tables because of loud music and despite confirming with manager that he will transfer the bill of our table to the new table, we were in for a big surprise. We had a nominal bill of around 3k at our original table which we paid, but the waiter brought us bill of around 8k which was unpaid for the new table. After some argument they got convinced that we had paid our bill and it was fault in their system which showed the new table bill as unpaid. So in all, our saturday night was ruined and had to find a better place around closing time just to salvage ourselves. PrimeGolf, only thing you are Prime at, is disappointing...
