Review of Red Rhino Craft Brewery, Bangalore Nestled in the bustling Segehalli, Red Rhino Craft Brewery stands out as a vibrant haven for beer aficionados and casual drinkers alike. With its industrial-chic decor—think exposed brick walls, steel accents, and warm lighting—the brewery strikes a perfect balance between urban grit and cozy comfort. The spacious indoor seating and breezy outdoor patio cater to both lively groups and those seeking a relaxed evening under Bangalore’s starry skies.
Beer Selection: The star of the show here is undoubtedly the craft beer. Red Rhino offers an impressive lineup of house-brewed beers, each bursting with character. The Hefeweizen is a crowd favorite, delivering a refreshing citrusy punch with a smooth finish. IPA lovers will appreciate the bold, hoppy notes of their Rhino IPA, while the Coffee Stout surprises with its rich, roasted aroma—perfect for those who enjoy darker brews. Seasonal specials, like a tropical mango ale or a zesty ginger beer, add a playful twist. The beers are impeccably fresh, served at ideal temperatures, and pair beautifully with the menu.
Food: The culinary offerings elevate the experience beyond just drinks. The menu features inventive pub grub with a gourmet touch. Standouts include the Smoked BBQ Chicken Wings (sticky, smoky, and perfectly charred) and the Truffle Fries (crispy and decadent). For heartier appetites, the Rhino Burger—juicy, stacked high with toppings—is a must-try. Vegetarian options like the Halloumi Tacos or Spiced Cauliflower Bites hold their own, ensuring no one leaves unsatisfied. Portions are generous, though prices lean toward the premium side (worth it for the quality).
Service & Vibes: Staff are friendly and well-versed in the beer lineup, offering thoughtful recommendations. Service can lag during peak hours (weekends get busy!), but the upbeat atmosphere compensates. The crowd is a lively mix of young professionals, expats, and beer enthusiasts, creating an energetic yet unpretentious vibe. Live acoustic nights or quiz events add to the fun, making it a great spot for group outings.
Verdict: Red Rhino Craft Brewery nails the trifecta of great beer, delicious food, and a welcoming ambiance. Whether you’re a craft beer newbie or a seasoned sipper, this spot deserves a spot on your Bangalore bucket list. Just come early to snag the best seats!

Read moreAmazing new brewery located in bangalore in brookfield this place is a must visit if your around whitefield. We were here on a Thursday night to try their newly launched menu along with a few friends. The ambience here is a class apart, one of the best i have seen around namma bengaluru. They have a indoor outdoor and rooftop seating which can easily accommodate 200+ pax. The outdoor and rooftop being the smoking zone. The rooftop has huge visual projector and also a mini full fledged bar counter. Service is one of the major highlight, staffs are courteous and friendly.
Coming to F & B, we happened to try their newly curated beer menu by their Brew icon Mr. Daniel aka Dan who has experience of 20+ years of brewing.
We happened to try the the following Beers
• IPA •Dark black millet Lager • soul surfer Hefeweizen • GPB Lager
The standouts for me were their GPB which was mild and soothing to drink and Black millet was a something which i couldn’t resist to have more as its made out of Ragi - the staple food of karnataka, Bang on Flavours! - hats of to the brew master!
Appetisers:
Malai pista chicken kabab- one of my favourites here and a must try. The chicken was tender with absolute flavours!
Chill cheese spiced mushroom : stuffing were done right. Cheese was oozing!!
We also happened to try their newly launched 3 course meal.Guess what! They were Beer Infused - Something which did wonders for the day, you can never get over it!!
Green apple tabouleh : A green salad with a twist, green apple infused with hefeweizen , parsley, tomatoes and lemon dressing - worth a try!!
Rosemary and garlic roasted lamb chops served along with risotto : lamb was rare cooked to perfection.
Dessert :
Chocolate and Caramel entremet and salted caramel popcorns are the must tries here!

Again a hit for me. Their seasonal beers are also something to try for sure. We tried the English pale. You can give chilli paneer gravy a miss.
Food (3/5): Looking at the high rating of the restaurant, I guess I kept way too many expectations as far as food was concerned because the actual experience could not suffice to that. We ordered the Rava fish fingers which is basically fried basa fish with rava exterior served with potato wedges and a dip. We felt that the fish was very well cooked but lacked the taste as usually basa fish isn't that bland. From there we ordered the beer samplers because red rhino has an in house brewery. The heffeweizen and stout were marginally and none of the others could amuse my taste buds. We finished the meal with lemon garlic raised chicken which was a bit of respite but definitely not the best on their menu. All dishes were very well cooked but in general needed a bit more effort on the taste part.
Ambience (5/5): If you are into the look and feel of the restaurant, then look no more, Red Rhino is the place to be. I hadn't seen such a huge eatery in a long time. They have multilevel seating with open air and roof top as the best options. Make sure that you visit this place when there are clear skies because we couldn't enjoy the view as the rain gods were way too generous that day.
Service (4/5): They have a huge team which is very effective in getting things done at the right time in the right way. Very courteous but need a bit more knowledge about the items on the menu.
Value for money (3/5): If you are more into where you eat than what you eat than Red Rhino will not disappoint but they need to get the food on point in my opinion. We used the Zomato gold offer and enjoyed some good discount which costed us 750 INR...
