QASWA HILLS — Restaurant in Karnataka

Maybe it is a good place to eat but I had a horrible experience, sharing here just to make aware about the experience I had to the public as well to the management.

As it was overcrowded so we didn't get a table inside, a guy in the white shirt (manager) came and asked how many people we were, as we were two so I told two.

He told us to sit outside the main area where small tables were kept, which is good for two, that's nice, a good place to sit but literally took half an hour to wait for his order. Oops, where was my order? Nowhere!

My niece was eager to enjoy the food so she called the waiter many times so that she could feed her empty stomach. He saw us, he tried to come but suddenly he saw new people coming in so he directed them, arranged seats for them as they were around 7-8 people.

After a long wait, I finally decided to come out as already it was late and he didn't even bother to take our order! But yeah he was busy taking orders from people who came later than us!

I don't blame that guy or management but yes, there is a flaw in managing customers!

I had visited several high to low rated restaurants but never had this kind of...

As seen the good reviews i went there today and it was one of my best disasters in life.. I would like to rate as 0 as it's not possible given as 1 . It's an overrated restaurant and the ambiance is very very worst. Cons: 1.Staff is the worst and the person who takes the order is the worst in explanation and does not fulfill our requirements. A big NO for this reason to this restaurant. 2.Please don't ask for cleaning... Even though it's a very small place, still maintaining the area is the worst . Everywhere you can see flies and mosquitoes and they only concentrate on customers intake . 3.Food is ok but you need to wait ages to get your order. 4.Quantities are very less and it's very expensive when compared to quantity and quality. 5.No proper seating area . 6.No card swipe service.

Pros: I haven't observed anything.

Best place for Non Veg food in Bijapur starters are very perfect and even main course is also very fine...the also make perfect shawarma and they have delivery option too...nice ambience...AC is hall available...quite rushy on Sundays ....somehow some sea foods are overpriced but they have taste in them..very hygienic management and even rooms are available to stay here the best food according to me is their super tasty Biryani mutton and then chicken..they have good Chinese option too and in desert i found the Faluda the best item ...owner is also friendly sometimes they do no except payment other than cash but still you can manage ...mohijto also to be tried for must overall a perfect restaurant for .medium high price range Located on station road .....and easy transportation available there love to visit here in evening and biryani is always there for fast service it is...
