Golden Wings Cafe and rooms — Restaurant in Karnataka

We as a family visited "GOLDEN WINGS" recently based on one of the friend reference but it was the worst mistake we ever made. When we visited the cafe, the room was so smelly, full or mosquitoes, cockroaches everywhere even on our bed. No proper bedsheet, towel was provided. Morning we planned to have breakfast at the same place, we ordered some fish and rice in total. When the food was served it was raw and smelly unable to keep in mouth and can still feel the rawness for hours. Informed the same to the manager but he was so arrogant that he was not even ready to take the review instead raised his voice. No proper customer service worst people and management. I request to those who are looking to stay near beach to book a different cafe, however they will say 1 amount before the arrival and raise the price during checkout. It's really not worth the money. The most worst and awful experience...

Travelled with my wife and friend. He had already visited this place.... found the owner Raghu and his staff great ...friendly... and concerned of what's required..also is the second resort from parking hence easy access...rooms were clean...food was delicious.. had hot and cold water available..rooms are available in variety style... brick, clay, concrete.....and if there's a dog lover it's heaven.....I and my wife loved the place...and will visit Gokarna again and will definitely stay at Golden wing...

I went with my family were my father and mother were too old but there was no body to help with the luggage when I asked they told we don’t have people you leave your luggage here outside only , the rooms are not like which they have shown in photos it was very dirty , i have booked 1 room for 4 were 2 beds attached but while checking they gave 1 bed and 1 mattresses how can my old father and mother will sleep in mattresses,It was worst experience, Pathetic behaviour of...
