Worst experience today at Sharma sweets. I had ordered pav bhaji there. The service provided by waiter was just 3rd grade. My son was not feeling well so refused to eat pav bhaji so I asked to pack it rather than eating there. The service provider literally got so annoyed for changing the mode of service, that he bought 2 plastics and literally threw it on table and asked me to pack it myself very rudely. Initially when I went there, he did not provide water, no tissue paper. On asking for it he simply threw it on table.

I can understand that waiter might have been tired serving many people. But according to me he could have taken a small break then again served back rather than serving so badly.

The owner i found was least bothered who is treated how, as i found only money is what mattered to him. And dishes or farsan are quite pricy as compared to other places.

Have been a regular visitor for years, but very disappointed with the recent experience. The food quality used to be excellent, which is why I kept returning. However, during my visit yesterday, I was quite let down. The pav bhaji was poorly prepared—the vegetables were not properly mashed, affecting the overall taste and texture.

When I asked for tissues, the staff provided just one, which felt quite inadequate. What was more disappointing was the response from the management. When I brought this to the owner’s attention, there was no acknowledgment or apology—just an indifferent reaction.

I had expected at least a courteous response and an assurance that the issue would be looked into, but sadly, that did not happen.
