Subway Nexus Centre City Mall — Restaurant in Karnataka

I have ordered veg wrap, without asking me which veg wrap I want he started to prepare it and when I asked for cold drinks he said machine is not working and for payment also he didn't accept any online payment or card payment saying swiping machine is not working when I gave 500rs he said he don't have change and asked me to pay via card. There was no sauce or mayonnaise added in wrap when I asked for extra ketchup he replied rudely saying subway doesn't provide ketchup and there is already sauce in wrap so he can't provide me more. Such an inexperienced staff and they doesn't care about customer satisfaction also. Never gonna vist this...

Very unprofessional and obnoxious behaviour! I specified the veggies and sauces which i want…and the guy who was making the sandwich thought that I couldn’t understand his language and passed comments to his colleague saying that the sandwich would taste the same regardless of what sauces were put and that i was annoying! Arrogant, unfriendly and ill-trained staff. Probably the worst Subway outlet I have ever visited.

The serving portions are pathetic…never serve the right quantity subs or salads.

They never give Toasties saying they don’t have enough bread for other orders.

Beverages aren’t served from the dispenser. They insist on taking Bottled drinks.
