The Cosmo Cafe — Restaurant in Karnataka

I went to Cosmos with my family recently and had a horrid time. The place has nice ambience and palatable food but the service leaves a bad taste in the mouth. Though it wasn’t busy, the steward took a lot of time to give us the menu and to take our order. While waiting for the food, I saw the server get a plate of food and keep it on the counter. Had I known it’s mine, I would have asked for it. But it was kept there for around 10 mins, after which the steward picked and got it to my table! It’s ridiculous that a server doesn’t know to which table the order belongs to. Great food and service. The terrible decor ruins everything. The lights on the wall are altogether too bright and hurt the eyes. The floor looks unfinished. The tables and chairs add to the post apocalyptic look. Drinks are offered at exorbitant prices,and complimentary snacks doesn't justify the price.

Service is pathetic,they fail to offer any service though we sat for around 10-15 minutes. Since the prices are high they should atleast bother to attend customers effectively and efficiently,but they failed to do so.

You got much better options very near to this bar, so...
