Additionally, the service was not up to par. When it is been told, they are not agreeing at the first started arguing it is good only. Then asked him to taste it, he then said ok I can check with manager and will change only one piece of chicken only. I don't understand when the complete plate of chicken is not good how come you can change only one piece. Then after consulting with manager they changed two pieces agreeing it is not good. But still not the complete plate is been replaced with new one. One feedback is that try to understand customer not all customers will complain just like that, when the food it is been said that quality is not good just try to agree first and do your side of investigation then start conveying to the customer in a polite manner.
