While the food quality at Meat and Eat was good, there is room for improvement in terms of service and hospitality. During my visit in the summer, I encountered an issue when I requested the AC to be turned on. Regrettably, they informed me that it was not functioning properly. Additionally, I noticed that they provided an minimal amount of mayonnaise with the dishes we ordered and charged extra when we requested additional servings. It was evident that their primary focus was on catering to Swiggy orders, as I observed several Swiggy delivery personnel receiving their takeaways promptly. First of all, I do not find below 1 star. Very very poor customer handling. He said his name is babu and told he is the owner. He kept talking in phone for about 20mins and after that he confirmed the order. And after paying the bill, Again I was made to wait for 55mins exactly and I finally reached the billing counter and I myself asked my food as I was waiting for so long and he with all laziness asked for my order with kitchen ppl and they gave us the food. I usually ordered online food delivery regularly. I love the taste and used to have a high-quality taste and fresh chicken pieces but all of sudden was so disappointed with the recent food delivery. The quality was not as before and served old pieces or re-cooked chicken and are not of quality and fresh either. Thus, given one star since old pieces were given.
