I recently visited Khalid’s Biryani during your opening hours around 1pm(Sunday), expecting the high-quality service and hospitality you are known for. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of expectations due to an issue with the unavailability of extra mayonnaise.
When I requested extra mayonnaise—fully willing to pay the additional charges—the waiter informed me that it was “still being prepared”(sarcastic-As there are not willing to provide).This response was surprising and disappointing, especially as it was during the restaurant’s opening hours. One would expect all menu items, especially commonly requested condiments like mayonnaise, to be ready when the restaurant begins serving.
What made the situation worse was the lack of alternatives or proactive solutions. The waiter seemed indifferent, offering no estimated time for its availability or any other options to ensure customer satisfaction. It gave the impression of poor preparation and a lack of attention to detail in customer service.
As a paying customer, I believe it is reasonable to expect all menu items and add-ons to be ready when the restaurant is open for business. If there is an unavoidable delay, it should be communicated professionally and with an effort to resolve the issue.
I hope this feedback encourages your team to improve preparation processes and customer communication to prevent similar experiences in the future. Khalid’s Biryani is a favourite among many, and small improvements can go a long way in maintaining the reputation...

I was shell shocked as this is my first ever time experiencing this type of food delivered in KARUR. Highly highly disappointed. Didn’t leave the bread halwa also, completely gone stale, that stale awful smell when opened that tiny container. You guys really need a reality check, spoiling the brand name.
