One of the worst service that i ever had in my life. I've ordered ultimate savings bucket with one large popcorn. Whereas i was charged for about 941INR. the billing was done by 1:14 pm 9/7/2025 but i was served after 20 mins of the leverage time. I enquired the KFC staffs about the express delivery but they confirmed the same it is supposed to be 7 mins. After the conversation in my order they said that they can serve me with mojito which i did order and they changed it to lime crush (which i wouldn't say it is). I was shocked to find that i was given with 2wings of the hot & crisp & 1 tight of the HC and the other one was missing in my order which i again enquired about. The KFC super manager came and explained that the wings are the pieces which was given by KFC. after irritated by their service. after 25 mins of her service she came to my desk and threw away the left over KFC HC which was supposed to be in the bucket.
This brings numerous questions when it comes with KFC karur service. About their service and reliability. The quality of the chicken and so on.
i myself a user of KFC for more than 17 years facing such issue as the first time with KFC karur.
