While the place itself was not very attractive, it did have seating available, which was a plus. However, the lack of parking can be an inconvenience for some visitors.

The highlight of my experience was the food. I would rate it as four stars, which is quite impressive. The dishes were well-prepared and flavorful, and the quality of the food certainly made up for the restaurant's ambiance and parking limitations.Loved the taste of shawarmas and also the non veg. Veg options is very limited.

On the downside, the juice options were a bit disappointing.Soda lime. 👎🏽₹30 not that great. They weren't as attractive or flavorful as I had hoped, especially considering the price I paid. This was the one aspect of the dining experience that didn't quite meet my expectations.

I recently had the pleasure of trying the Masala Dosa at arabian hotel, and it was absolutely fantastic! The dosa was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The potato filling was well-seasoned with a delightful blend of spices, and the accompanying coconut chutney and sambar were the perfect complements.

The portion size was generous, and the presentation was appealing. The service was prompt and friendly. I left with a satisfied stomach and a smile on my face.

I have been a loyal daily customer of this hotel for a long time, but my recent experience was extremely disappointing.

I ordered Masala Shawai and Spicy Shawarma. The Shawai had an overpowering coriander flavour, and the Shawarma had a strange chlorine-like taste. This is not the quality I expect from a place I visit regularly.

When I called to give feedback, instead of addressing my concern, the staff told me no one else had complained and indirectly suggested I was lying. Such an attitude towards a regular customer shows poor customer service and a lack of respect.

I hope the management takes this seriously, improves food quality, and trains their staff to handle feedback professionally. Until then, I cannot...
