:😞😞😡😡😷 Disappointing Dining Experience at Azad Group Hotels, Trivandrum I recently had the misfortune of dining at Azad Group Hotels in Trivandrum, and unfortunately, my experience was subpar. Despite the hotel's impressive appearance, the food quality and quantity were lacking, making it a poor value for the price.

Food Quality and Quantity: 2/5 The food was mediocre, and the portions were surprisingly small. For the price, I expected a more generous serving size and better quality cuisine.

Price: 1/5 The prices at Azad Group Hotels are steep, and the value for money is poor. I felt that spending my hard-earned cash here was not worth it.

Ambiance: 4/5 The hotel's ambiance is its saving grace. The décor and atmosphere are upscale and inviting, making it a shame that the food and service don't match.

Overall Experience: 2/5 My experience at Azad Group Hotels was disappointing, to say the least. While the hotel looks impressive, the food quality, quantity, and price are major letdowns. Unless they revamp their culinary offerings, I would not recommend dining here.

Azad Restaurant is a very famous restaurant.In Trivandrum itself, many people always eat their favorite food from Azad.It's also a restaurant I've been to many times with my family and friends since I was a little kid.But when I went to Azadi the other day, I had a very bad experience. I'm taking the step saying that I can choose non-ac because my son has a fever.But when I got there, I felt a terrible, bad smell, so I didn't make a big deal about it.When I went to the AC restaurant, there were tiny flies all over the table. Even if I saw a fly, I wouldn't have made a big deal out of it. There are many flies on the table when I eat food.Don't pay such a high price for a restaurant with so many cockroaches and flies.It's bad to charge so much for a hotel that is so dirty and has so many pests.Therefore, I believe that Azad will only survive if we prioritize a little more hygiene and a little more pest control...My personal opinion is that whenever someone from Trivandrum thinks of going out to eat, they should always remember Azad first, so they should be a little...

Went there with my brother.Both of us were so hungry.We had our seat and one guy(cleaner)removed all those food wastes and plates which pre customers had.After waiting for 15 mins a family came there and there order was taken.Again we waited for 10 mins.And then I called the staff and he told that he thought somebody had taken our order.I told him it's ok.Then I order one mutton biriyani for me and one chicken biriyani for my brother.Again we waited for almost 30 mins.Then one staff came and started placing the salads and pickles in the table and told me that only mutton biriyani is available chicken biriyani is over.I was too angry.I asked him why don't u tell this before.He told both of u can have mutton biriyani.I said my brother don't like mutton.He told me then u eat alone.I then refused to have the biriyani.The interesting thing is that only salads came..mutton biriyani was still getting ready.And then we came out and had lunch from another hotel.Seriously poor hospitality.I wont go...
