Pizza Hut | Pattom, Trivandrum — Restaurant in Kerala

I've had mixed experiences here. Pizza was good. But, it may not be a place where u can order and leave easily, depending on your time of order. I don't know if they're heavily understaffed or not. I once had to wait for approx 1hour and 20min to grab my order after placing it (assured wait time at the placement of order was 25 min). It was during a weekend night and besides me, the same patience testing moments followed for everyone else who came there to order. There were also zomato & swiggy delivery persons seen complaining about their orders. It seemed like they couldn't handle all orders, Initially we all were told a wait time of 25 min which went up to more than 1hr. For some time, they completely neglected newly arriving customers and completely ignored the ones waiting. It was like we were invisible to them. It felt very unprofessional. I felt like they weren't processing the orders with any sort of priority. It would've been okay if we were told that it would get fairly late for any new orders, we would've happily left. Instead we were assured a particular wait time and then kept ignored, waiting, waiting and waiting. I kept watching and had to enquire 3 times before my order was finally put into the oven. They prepare the orders near to the counter visible to us. I'm sharing this info because if anyone reading this plan to have a grab there, make sure you go at a time they're almost free, avoid weekend evening at any cost. I recently visited this small Pizza Hut outlet and had a pleasant overall experience. The shop has a cozy and welcoming ambience that makes it a good place to unwind and enjoy a casual meal. While the atmosphere is quite nice, a little more attention to cleanliness and decor would really elevate the experience. A few tweaks here and there could go a long way in enhancing the comfort level for dine-in customers.

The service was commendable. The staff was courteous, attentive, and prompt in taking and delivering orders. It’s always refreshing to see service that feels genuine and customer-focused, even in smaller outlets.

The food was equally satisfying. The pizzas were fresh, flavorful, and served hot. Although the menu options were somewhat limited compared to larger branches, the available selections were well-prepared and tasted great. For a compact outlet like this, keeping the menu simple and focusing on quality over quantity seems to work well.

One of the added conveniences is the decent parking space, which makes the visit hassle-free, especially in busy areas where parking can be a concern. The location of the shop is also convenient and easily accessible.

In summary, this Pizza Hut outlet may be on the smaller side, but it delivers on the key aspects: good food, good service, and a relaxing ambience. @pizzahut @pizzahut_india This is to bring kind attention to the issue faced by me in one of your outlets at Keshavadapuram, Trivandrum.

I have been there yesterday afternoon ordered veg pizza and along with it Ebony n Ivory dessert.

While having the dessert I got a broken plastic piece which is extremely sharp which in fact I have taken a bite. Upon biting I was shocked to see this and instantly informed to the staff workings in the outlet. She told me that she will inform to the corresponding authority. And went inside kitchen. After some time since no one came to enquire on the situation I was extreme disappointed and went near the pantry and waited for the person. One lady from the kitchen came to me and I asked her about the scenario. The lady was too arrogant and the reply I got was they didn’t put that plastic inside our dessert and in way that it happened from our side. On further talk I had with her she told me that Pizza Hut is not responsible for this as the dessert is outsourced and it’s the error from the bakers side. I was dissatisfied as they keep telling this again and again.

I last I left from there feeling really bad about the experience I have received.
