I really don't like the food, service, hygiene. Totally disappointing. I had already visited other indian coffee house shops but only the board of it give me the same feel. Totally negative vibe. Tables are not properly cleaned after each customer. And the washbasin was not clean. And their dressing like so irritating.I got one small hair from the thoran. And the floor was like slippery and not clean. I know the dress code of Indian coffee house. But here it was not like that. This one is going to give a bad impression for all the indian coffee houses. And the food was like nothing like a wow. I ordered meals and I choose vegetarian and in the set of meal their is no payasam. That's not an issue. But they served it without even asking that whether we need it or not. Hi all, I really had a gud impression about Ich before. But I faced a bad experience which provoked me to write here. The food Is average and they also have a room facility provided Jes below the restaurant which is opposite to medical college. The room was provided With unclean Bed sheets and no hot water facility. as my mother is not Wel, I asked for some hot water and the response i got was really annoying. When i went to take water, They hesitated to give and also made faces and talking behind the back in front of other staff which really made me hurt. I felt as if I am an alien who came to take some water. Even though, I was ready to pay more for the hot water and explained about the situation, they were not ready to accept it And made fun of me. This is ridiculous and I never expected such a response from a reputed organisation like dis. I wil never recommend anyone for home...
